Ive been to many different shops looking for a good oil change. This is my second trip to Petrus for oil change. In and out service and I have full confidence in their service department. I have found the company to service my vehicle. I give them five stars 🀩

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!I called ahead to see if they could work on my jeep, and was told by the service manager to bring it in. He told me upfront it would be a week before he could get to it. 26 days later they finally bring it in the shop. After diagnosing the problem, they did not seem too eager to follow up with my aftermarket warranty. This did not set well with me. I politely ask that they put it back together and get my bill ready, so I can take it elsewhere to be fixed. When I get my jeep back, I raised the hood to see what they did. To my surprise, there is fire damage against the fire wall behind the battery. The spark plugs where hanging from the plug wires, which is a likely candidate for a fire starter. After speaking with the GM, he insisted they are in no way responsible for the fire. When I told him about the spark plugs hanging from the wire he argued that a spark will not spark if it is not screwed into the cylinder. Im glad he is not a mechanic. Integrity is nonexistent at Petrus Auto Sales.

Stay away unless you like to get fleeced. Had appt for simple sensor replacement. Waited in waiting area for 3 hours and they told me im ready, i got the bill for 279.00 for looking. no repairs. The lady told me we dont do repairs unless we notifiy the customer first. I was about ten steps away and no one informed me what i needed for the repair. Also 279.00 to put on diagnostic and then not repair it. wow!

I was traveling through Arkansas on my way home in Florida when I had a problem with my 2019 F450 Super Duty, I called Petrus Ford, it was just before closing, Iwas immediately scheduled for 8:00 am the next morning. Less than two hours later I was back on the road and am now back home in Florida. Petrus employees were very caring professional people who were not to busy to help a stranger in need. .

I have been a Petrus Service Dept. customer for the last 10 years. I have always been treated with respect and been given a fair deal. The most recent representatives I deal with now are Chris and Wynn. These gentlemen have always been honest businessmen. When they quote me a price, I know that the bill will not be more than what they quoted. I also do not have to worry about whether the parts were actually replaced. If I were to want to see the old parts, all I would have to do is ask and Chris or Wynn would have the old parts for me at check out.Recently, I had some brake work done and there was a concern that something was wrong with one of the calipers. I brought my vehicle back to the service dept., they checked the source of the problem and immediately determined the cause. And, if I have any questions, they have always answered my questions - without making me feel helpless.Customer service at Petrus Service Dept on S Park Avenue is excellent. I really do not think Petrus could ask for better representatives than the folks that work in the Service Dept.

THIS DEALERSHIP REALLY SHOULD NOT BE OPERATING A SERVICE DEPT. ESPECIALLY WITH EDDIE IN THERE. WE TOOK A 2012 FORD FUSION IN FOR A SAFETY SERVICE ACTION ON CARFAX BECAUSE THE STEERING WOULD BECOME INOPERATIVE AND POTENTIALLY CAUSE A SEVERE ACCIDENT . 423,000 UNITS RECALLED AND THIS IS ONE OF THEM U.S. REGULATORS FORCED FORD TO RECALL AND MY DAUGHTERS IS FAILING AT INTERMITTENT INTERVALS ALTHOUGH NOT THROWING A CODE AS DESCRIBED IN THEIR INFO IT HAD TO DO BEFORE THEY COULD ASSIST AT ALL. BEING IN THE CAR BUSINESS 26 YEARS 24 OF WHICH AT A FRANCHISE THERE ARE REGIONAL SERVICE MGRS. FOR FORD TO ASSIST ESPECIALLY IN SAFETY CONCERNS. NO MATTER HOW I ARGUED WITH HIM AND ALSO SPOKE WITH FORD DIRECTLY THEY SAID IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DRIVEN AND CHECKED FURTHER. HE DID NOTHING. SO IT WILL GO TO MEMPHIS FOR THIS SAFETY ISSUE. BUT NO HEAR THIS SHE HAS A WARRANTY AND ANOTHER POTENTIAL ISSUE HAS REARED ITS HEAD NON RELATED TOTHIS AND SHE CALLED FOR APPOINTMENT AND EDDIE TOLD A YOUNG LADY NAMED BRITTANY TO HAVE Y DAUGHTER CALL ME CAUSE HE DID NOT WANT OUR BUSINESS EVEN THOUGH THIS WAS BUSINESSHE WOULD BE PAID FOR!!!! This is the worst place in Arkansas to try an get your car fixed. They actually robbed my wife and I for our car a crysler sending Lx. Supposedly a Rebuilt transmission and a refurbished water pump $4,875.00.???? Really??? So I sign my title over to them for their out of sight high assed price, on top of this the dude Chris, ie shop supervisor... My ass.The man lied and said oh the battery is dead so we cant open the trunk. I had my personal car jacks brand new folding tire irons for my lugg bolts etc. Yeah I am so sick of fake ass people and their lies. If thats how petrus makes their money then Ill Never have any good reviews..!!! So hopefully some one will read this and eventually do something like, get rid of the greedy lieirs. You really put the hurt on my families finances.we are just simple people who dont have $4,875.00 to put out on a 2002 carPittiful.
