I ordered stuffs to Nürnberg and i am fully satisfied with packaging and price. They sent parcel with dpd where I could track live location of the delivery van. It took almost 4 days from placing an order to delivery, which is in my point of view totally ok. Much recommended..😊

I would say first time I experienced something like this after being here for 6 years. I ordered from this store, they sent the packet via DPD, it shows they delivered but where. I havent received any packet being at home all the time. Contacted DPD as well as the store several times, unwanted stress and waste of money. Lost the money, no products and wasted so much time contacting DPD and the Indian store.

You get most of our indian groceries. Always fresh vegetables, coconut. Owners are always helpful and help find the needed item☺️. Looks like they have started online store as well.

Ordered last week, got call from store that 1 item is out stock and giving alternative of less cost and adding snacks for remaining amount,, but those snakcs (Puranmal packets) we got are about to expire in next 4 days (out of 6 months),, instead of throwing or sending back to dealer, they are sending to customers in the name of compensation,worst thing.. thought of ordering regulary based on my friends experience, but with this iam done.. we all will never order again here

Nice to place to find the Desi stuff in Stuttgart. They have variety of food in their shelves. There is also car parking facility in front of the store which makes the car owners life easier.Sometimes the vegetables are not so fresh but they try to maintain to maintain the quality.The staff is also very nice and friendly and help you out in every situation.

As I couldn’t leave my apartment because of being in quarantine, I ordered groceries and vegetables online. Unfortunately, my dispatched order got misplaced my DPD and wasn’t delivered even after 4 days. Then I called Indian store and informed them that I’m in quarantine. So they organized to deliver it themselves and that too after their business hours. This was such a nice and friendly expression from Indian store. It shows that they really care for you. Last week I bought groceries worth more than 80 EUR from the online shop. They somehow missed on shipping almost 25% of the order. When I contacted the customer service, they told me that theyll refund the amount worth the missing items, to which I objected and suggested that they rather ship me the missing items. But they declined my request on the grounds that they would incur additional delivery charges on the shipment. This in spite of the fact that, it was a mistake on their part and secondly I bought almost 3-4 times the worth of goods that they deliver free of cost.This for me is certainly bad customer service and given a choice Id certainly not do any business with them.

Nice place to buy Indian food products. Online orders are also available. For more than 19 euros, there is free online delivery. You can buy colours during holi, small God idols during Ganesh chaturthi and deepavali. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

We received the Parcel today. Two things to mention. The Carton was damaged and Moong Dal packet was already torn and it got spilled inside the Carton. It also spilled at our door entrance. We got complaint from Hausmeister about this. I added the photos. And secondly I ordered the 3 Kgs of Juwar Flour and you Charged for three packets, only 1Kg Juwar flour only was delivered in the Packet.This is the worst experience among online indian groceries purchase. I hope they will reimburse the amount for the Juwar flour as well as torn Moong Dal‐-----‐*** Update ***---------They have provided me refund for the missed and damaged item immediately. Good quality products at very reasonable prices. The online shop is very convenient and their online service including delivery is also very quick, sometimes delivered the very next day. They readily respond to phone calls and emails. They even called about my online order when one of the products was out of stock and consulted me over the phone. You can get all the Indian vegetables here which we hardly find in any german supermarket! The prices are also very competitive and the quality of products are good! Only thing the dont have any freshly made snacks and also there is a very limited options of Indian sweets! But the family running the shop is very friendly and helped me a lot ! I ordered online around 12 items from Indian store, I received only 10.. 2 days later when I asked them, they informed the stock was not there hence not delivered..They didnt inform us unless and until we check and ask. They should have atleast updated the website with out of Stock!!The worst part they give you the refund money of the 2 items which were not delivered as gift card, so that you could make another online order(of alteast 19€) with Indian store!!! Bad online service!!!

Great shopping with this store online. Have ordered at least 6 - 7 times and there was never a problem with the store. Only problem was with DPD (Logistic Partner). In 3 instances they delivered our packages (weighing 20- 30 kg approx) to Paketshop with out even ringing the door bell. We were definitely in house and there is no chance of missing such loud door ring and that too for 3 times. It was with great difficulty (we dont have a car) we had to bring all those large boxes back home from the Paketshop (a kilometre far).Dear Owner, I am not a mean person to reduce rating for Indian Store Stuttgart for the fault of DPD. But I would definitely think twice next time to order some heavy stuff (like Rice Bags etc) in your store because of DPD delivery tactics.
