Drove 4.5 hours to pick up our truck. Yes, there were a couple minor things needing attention we didn’t have time to wait around to repair. Brandon still took care of us and was eager to help us out. I really liked the “no pressure” atmosphere at this dealership. Jared was wonderful and willing to answer all of my questions and was very kind to my children. We felt they did have a fair price on the 2014 Honda Odyssey we purchased on 7/29/21. They worked well with the credit union we go to for financing. The communication with the dealer over calls and texting was fast and efficient. The only 2 negatives were that I felt they could have done a better job detailing the van. It was vacuumed, but I spent and hour and a half after purchase scrubbing the entire van with ammonia to get off food/drink remains and stains from the last owner. Also, over a week after purchase, the dealer said the plates couldn’t be transferred because they were over a year expired. This had to be an error because the plates were brand new less than a year ago. Overall, a good experience, though!

After an extensive search for the kind of vehicle I was looking for, I found it at Specialty Auto. I test drove it and brought it to Broadway Chevrolet (Green Bay, WI) to see how it was mechanically. They found $3800. 00 worth of work that Brandon the owner PROMISED he would fix before I purchased it.Fast forward 2 weeks when I brought it back to Broadway Chevrolet for a couple of recalls. They found that the work he promised was not done. :( Also the warranty that I purchased at Specialty Auto is not excepted at any local Chevy dealers around me, which gos against what I was told by Specialty Auto.So I went back to Brandon to fix what he promised to fix and to get the refund for the warranty. Such a time consuming thing to do again.... Brandon promised a 45 day refund on the warranty and finally fixed what he promised to do.Fast forward 3 months later I reached out to the warranty company that stated Brandon had the money to refund me. Finally after 3 months Brandon refunded the money. I have left out a few things but it was the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle.I STRONGLY RECOMEND if you are looking to purchase a vehicle to NOT go Specialty Auto. HONESTY is not what you will receive there!!!

Biggest mistake of my life!! I purchased a 2005 F150. Since the day of purchase (05-22-2019) it has been a complete nightmare. The dealership failed to disclose any issues before purchase. On the way home, the alternator went out. Upon inspection from an auto mechanic I find out that rack in pinion is leaking, the right front spring is broken, left front exhaust manifold is cracked, front sway bar bushings need to be replaced. By June 4, 2019 it’s clear there’s a transmission issue. I had absolutely no gears when I attempted to shift the vehicle- no reverse, no drive, nothing. The radio not working should’ve been my first red flag. To date, the truck still sits in my yard. As the variable valve solenoids went, and the timing chain is also snapped.

Bought 1998 tahoe from them, talked to the sales person thru Facebook told me 2000 showed up and he told the person I was working with that he told me it was 2500. Im sure it was just a mistake because I showed him the messages and everything got fixed and I left paying what I was told. Truck was exactly as described in description and they were upfront with everything. They had plates at the dealer so everything was taken care of on site and I get to enjoy the new truck. So far Ive put plugs & wires, tension pully, and idler pully on the truck ( which was all disclosed before purchase) and will be doing all new brake lines and tierod ends (also disclosed before purchase). All in all, I have 0 complaints.
I had made multiple phone calls and did not receive any call backs or acknowledgement that I had reached out. Loan process was ok. I was not told they were not taking my trade in until I got my loan, I thought they were taking it until right before I signed papers. When I picked up my truck I had to go to a third party to have the key fob fixed even though I told them it didnt work while test driving the truck. Tried getting my door handle and cluster fixed but decided to take it elsewhere since communication is terrible. I had bought another vehicle from them a few years back when they were just opening and it went so smoothly. Now I doubt I will ever go back or recommend them just based on such poor communication skills. I paid nearly 20g and thought this process would have been a lot smoother and they would appreciate the business. I wont even be using the free oil change from doing this review.

I am in my 80s and Specialty Auto was very nice. My Son and I purchased a Toyota Sienna from them. My Son had spent hours online looking for a car for me and narrowed it down to 6 to look at that day in Green Bay. We went to a lot of car dealers, but now we should have only went to Specialty Auto. I would recommend buying a new or used from them.
Such a bad experience, we applied online we had to call to see if the application was approved because no one bother to call us back, after I was told that the application was approved, the rep mention to me a really high down payment was required I was willing to do a less amount but they didn’t gave me any other options or tried to work with me, simply hanged up the call. So unprofessional. Would not recommend anyone here.
Just bought the 2014 Chevy Spark, and I absolutely love it! The people were incredibly nice, not to mention patient! I ended up having to pay by several different methods, and their lobby was full. Regardless of that, the agent was polite, attentive, patient and informative. The establishment was also very clean and modern. I was pretty worried about buying from a used dealership, because you hear stories about getting screwed over and the places being unprofessional and dirty. I am beyond impressed by the entire experience and look forward to doing business in the future.

Worst customer service ever! We were looking to take 2 cars off their lot. NEVER calls with updates after they talk to their boss make sure you take the vehicles to a well trusted mechanic before you buy! one of the vehicles the breaks were metal on metal. They also cheaped out on fixing the front axel. we call back for an update if they didnt want to fix these then we would like the price lowered...they acted like they had no idea who we were! I test drove a vehicle and found the previous owners glasses in a very obvious spot. Be careful. on the outside the vehicle make look great but do a little research first, very shady people!
My experience at Specialty Auto Sales & Service was great. Gary was easy to work with. While I test drove the truck initially, a check engine light came on. I brought it back and they said they would look into the issue. They cleared the code and I took it for another test drive and ultimately purchased it a week or so later. A month and a half later I had the same issue. They stepped up and paid for a costly repair. Nothing out of my pocket. Brandon and Gary are honest, reputable people and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

We live three hours from Specialty Auto Sales. We called about a car they had listed on craigslist. We specifically asked if the car had been in any accidents and were told the car had had some minor front end damage which had been repaired. We drove the three hours to look at it and found out that the car has a salvage title which means an insurance company deemed it a total loss after an accident. Despite this they insisted that the only damage the car had ever sustained was to the skid plate, even though the information sheet listed multiple parts, including the frame, as being repaired and not legal. When I asked the salesman why so many parts had been replaced in a 5-year-old car f it wasn’t in a bad accident he said well maybe the previous owner just wanted new things. He also said he didn’t hear what the other salesman told on the phone so he couldn’t be responsible for that. Honesty is clearly not their specialty.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!Do NOT buy from this shady dealer. They will sell you a good looking vehicle. The only good thing about the vehicle is it will look nice. I bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them 2 months ago. It looked nice, had everything I wanted, put money down to hold it for me until I could get up there (was about 2.5 hour drive away from where I live) everything seemed great and was working out perfect. Drove the vehicle and everything seemed to work out just fine. Purchased the vehicle and noticed the headlight was out, they fixed it before I drove home. On the way home, I heard a loud noise from the car on the freeway like I ran over a huge chunk of metal. I stopped and didnt notice anything. Got it home, went over a railroad track and heard loud, not normal scraping noise. Also, the check engine light and service 4wd light came on. Called my local dealer by me and took it to them the following day. They advised me I had a BLOWN transfer case and would be $4,000 to fix. This is not even a week after owning it and putting less than 500 miles on it in perfect 60 degree weather and not using the 4wd at all. Specialty Auto stated they would only be paying half of a USED transfer case they supplied and wouldnt give any info on who it was coming from or where they got it from. And I was liable to cover the ENTIRE labor AND half of the used transfer case they were providing.After owning this Jeep for 2 weeks, I was responsible in covering $1,500 in work this Jeep needed due to them being a shady dealer and not helping or taking responsibility of fixing a vehicle they sold or helping with the cost, besides HALF of a USED part.They also messed up my registration and my plates didnt match my vehicle for 2 months.Their customer service is HORRIBLE. Do not expect a call back or a nice email. Very rude, dont care about you, and do NOT stand behind the vehicles they sell.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!

Gary was great to work with and while he was doing many things at once, it was clear that he cares about all his customers and is willing to go above and beyond for them! We saw a van that we were interested in on Facebook. I messaged and the owner Brandon replied within an hour. He was able to answer all my questions and directed me to submit a credit app on their website in which I did and was contacted by their finance manager Dave via email. From here on everything was communicated via email which was really a convience for me. Dave was really quick at getting back to me on what was needed. Everything was completed and done within a few hours...he had found a lender that accepted me. We made an appointment to meet after I got off work. The best thing was Dave was able to help get us a rate and monthly payment that was do-able for us. We were able to drive home in our beautiful brand new van that evening. My kids are so in love with the new ride and so are we! Thank you Brandon and Dave!! Great service and friendly staff!

In response to the owner from my previous post, you did NOT offer to cover the labor if I brought it to you. You offered a “discounted” labor rate if I was to bring it to you. I actually have it in writing and in email proof from you saying you will NOT take care of any of the labor. I physically could NOT bring it up to you due to it being a 3 hour drive and the vehicle not safe to drive. I’m not risking MY safety and time on a vehicle you sold that was a POS. The only money you “helped” with was HALF of a the USED transfer case which was $300 on my end and $300 on yours. Really broke the bank there for you on that one. I will make sure everyone I know, knows how shady your dealer is and how your service and products suck.

Worst customer service I ever had with a USED car dealer. My wife and I saw a car we were interested in. Stopped in to look at it and it was not ready and the guy at the counter said next week will call for sure with an update. Now 3 weeks later still no call. 1, dont lie to your customer and 2 please follow up with them to keep them updated.

Initially this dealer was helpful but after the sale they did not seem willing to help schedule service or hear any other issues about the car. I had to replace several big ticket items within 3 months and I had purchased an extended warranty to try and offset the costs (which now the warranty has been used up well before 2 years). I realize that an older car will have some issues but that is an understatement when it comes to the car I purchased.
First off they have great service and i was treated respectfully and greatly appreciated it. I found a awesome car from them, there was a great selection of my liking. They had a car free car fax when you buy their cars. They also had great price for my car as well. After I bought my car there was no troubles with it. I come back to them for an oil change every six months and they offer free inspection. They are offer great prices for repairs, I had to change my air intake filter and their price was pretty much break even with buying one from a store and installing yourself. I personally recommend them to anyone that wants great quality work done on their cars for a great price

MY experience purchasing the vehicle was good. Brandon was good to deal with and the transaction went well. The next day the vehicle quit in the middle of an intersection and would not restart. I called Brandon and he told me to take the vehicle to a dealership and have the code scanned and checked and we would work something out. So I did. Three hundred dollars later, I sent all the the paperwork to Brandon with absolutely no response. Warranty does not cover electronic components, but at least a response would have been good business.

I bought a used BMW from Brandon and his team and on the evening I drove it home, I unfortunately hit a deer. Fortunately the deer was OK, but unfortunately the car wasnt. I also noticed a minor oil smell after I drove it about 50 miles. I called Brandon and he worked with me to repair all of the damage quickly and very reasonably. In addition, he gladly took care of the oil smell issue at his total expense.Brandon and his team were all very easy to work with during the whole sales process. They were open, honest and very thorough in answering my questions. Im a travelling salesperson and thus I both appreciate and recognize a quality sales team when I work with one. They were a class act all the way. All of their actions earned my respect and they will certainly get my repeat business accordingly!

My wife and I drove to Specialty Auto Sales today to purchase a 2007 Yukon Denali, upon arrival we looked it over and took a short test drive, after all it turned out not to be exactly what we had wanted, the young man behind the counter took care of us and helped us out as much as he could given the situation and for how far we had drove I feel that they handled it very nicely and compensated for us in a professional manner, it is unfortunate that the truck wasnt quite what we needed, even though it was a nice truck, it didnt have all the creature comforts we required for our children, so that being said we do plan to do business with Specialty Auto again someday in the near future, I am sure something will come in and they told us that theyd notify us as soon as it does now that they know exactly what we need and want they will be sure to call us if the vehicle we need comes inBrandon and Morgan are very helpful so if anyone is in the market for a nice and fairly priced vehicle check them out, I am sure they will have something you want, if not like I said I am sure they can notify you when and if something youre looking for does come in

Went for an alignment. Took twice as long as they said it would, and it still isnt right. Never went straight and now, after a year, the rear tires are shot because they have so much negative camber.EDIT after response from owner:No I did not say that there were other concerns (I think thats what you meant?) with my suspension, nor did you tell me that there were other concerns. You also tried to give it back at first with the steering wheel on crooked and asked if that was okay.I did my own work, which is not ideal for you. I get that. Thats why I gave two stars and not one. I do appreciate you reaching out, though. Thanks.

Brandon is the typical car salesman. He’ll straight up lie and say whatever will sell a vehicle. I pointed out rust on a vehicle, which he says is not rust, but just where the water collects??? Wish I could post a photo of this area that “is 100% rust free!” Spoiler alert: IT’S RUST!You’re selling vehicles in Wisconsin - why not just be honest? A little rust is expected on a used vehicle, but instead you give the car selling business a worse reputation. Buyer beware and do your due diligence/inspections, outside of this dealership, if you want honest answers.In regards to their ridiculously inaccurate and dishonest repsonse:Please see attached photos of items that are “not rust.” Doesn’t take a genius....10 years old? I’m a college professor of multiple languages, so may not be the best to speak to their “10 year old vehicle” remark, but we are in 2018 and I was looking at a 2010 vehicle. I used a calculator to confirm, that’s 8 years, to be exact.This is the most deflecting and dishonest group/Company, I, or anyone else I know have dealt with. Vague about everything! Constant lies! They know nothing about their vehicles. If there are problems, they will disguise them (and all issues) just to sell and make a dollar on the innocent. Shame. This doesn’t just categorize them as terrible salesmen, liars, and crooks, but terrible Wisconsinites, which.... come on, have some pride in your word and work, or just move to Illinois already. Again, just an absolutely shameful business!!Again, this is NOT rust in the photos??? (Just “where the water accumulates on all trucks.” Come on!)
They dont follow you around the lot, they dont come along for the test drive, they make the buying process easy and dont try to force a sale. The customer service has been phenomenal.
Had great service, good deals, and I left with the confidence knowing my car was running in top notch performance, no noises nothing! I also loved knowing I can bring it back and will get service on anything I may have wrong with it. So overall loved my experience I would recommend and go back in the future if ever wanted or needed too!

Post a vehicle for one price when you go to buy it they swap the price out for $1,500 more and will not budge on it at all to work with you to make a sale not very good salesmanship and not very professional
