Went on a Sunday morning. No one else in store except staff person. While he did help me with my issue, he acted like I was putting him out. His responses were terse and generally incomplete. I had to asked what he was doing every step of the way. Maybe he got stuck with Sunday Morning, but that does not give him reason to do the bearest minimum to assist.I would look for another store next time i needed help.

Me and my family went to this Verizon location about a week ago. I had just dropped my phone in a pool and needed a replacement. The associate Andrew was amazing and extremely helpful. He helped us maneuver and work our way to a deal that meant a newer cheaper model phone for me, a newer cheaper phone for my sister, and he cut the cost of our bill while getting us more data by switching us to unlimited. Andrew stayed calm as the store got busy despite being the only one working. He smoothly helped each group out, often coming by to check on us despite being busy. Andrew is an excellent employee who deserves not just a raise and a promotion but commendation from Verizon.

Andrew, the store manager at Verizon in Sudbury, MA was outstanding. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. He suggested the right smart phone update and accessories for me and my budget. Kudos to Andrew for making the smart phone update experience a very pleasant one.

I loved the liquid glass phone protection so much that they did on our phones, that I thought Id try it on my PS VITA handheld game station. Andrew was working today and did an amazing job. It looks fantastic and will protect the screen way better than the old overlay protectors. I really appreciated this. Thanks again Andrew!

Waited in line for 45 minutes while people cut the line. There were two sales people working and a line of 4 people waiting. We walked out due to the lack of progress either of the customers were making. One group was setting up Fios which was taking F O R E V E R. During this pandemic, perhaps setting up appt slots would be more customer friendly and safer for all instead of waiting inside the store. A very frustrating experience and a waste of time!!

Ordered a phone online with verizon and they told me i could pick it up in sudbury. found out the guy there gave my phone away to someone else so i had to cancel that order. Made a terrible day. The man was rude over the phone also. never will trust that place!!!!!!!

Lost my SIM card to my Iphone over the long weekend...(thought my all phone info was lost)... walk in - greeted with a smile - told her my issue and she said no problem I can help with you with that .... she programmed a new SIM card for me..plugged it in... and my phone and all the info was back.... cant thank you enough for your confidence, technical knowledge and re-assurance (while handling other customers too) .

One person - Matt - working with one family when I walked in to buy a new phone. Didn’t get acknowledged for a full 10 minutes and even then was greeted rudely. By the one person working. I walked in wanting to spend money at this store and walked out frustrated. Sad.

I had trouble ( 2 months) getting a phone order completed. Callie from Verizon wasnt happy with this. So she did some calling. I received my new phone 2 weeks later.
