This place is a refrigerator. It would be nice to sit in, have a coffee and get work done but its impossible because my fingers become frozen and I get hypothermic.

OK OK SO I WAS HAVINF A BAD DAY AND THIS LADY THERE IDK HER NAME BUT SHE HAS AN 8 YEAR OLD DOG GOLDEN RETRIEVER NAMED CHARLIE AND SHE WAS THE NICEST PERSON IVE LITEREVEY EVER MET IN MY LIFE I ALMOST BROKE INTO TEARS SHE GAVE ME AN EZTRA DRJNK FOR FREE BC I WAS CONFUSED QND STUFF SHES SO KIND OOOOMG

Odrerd a mango dragon fruit lemonade with 2 scoops of fruit lite ice... lol. Needless to say the drink was in 2 layers... lemonade on bottom and mango dragon fruit top layer, 7 pieces of fruit and they did get the lite ice right though lol. The drink is suppose to be shaken up in a pre-made serving cup. Evidently it wasnt done lol. But the kicker was the drink was waiting so they had time to get the drink right or DIDNT REALLY CARE FROM THE JUMP!!! Just saying, not upset but dang just do ur job and make the drink right... then you ask for tip 🙄. I guess I have to tip to get my drink right now 😂🤣😅.

I placed an order on the app, waited more than 15 min after arriving and was then told that they were not able to prepare my food order. Just wish they would’ve told me that before having me wait for no reason.

Worst Starbucks in the U.S., better take the morning off if you want a coffee because they are soooo incompetent and slowwwHire more staff to make up for the entire team of slackers.

Its a Starbucks. Not much to say. Staff were nice and its very clean inside. I recommend it.

I gave Starbucks one star because all they do is make coffee etc is that really what I heard someone say...is a great example of American ingenuity? Please. Remember if China has 4 times as many people as u.s. then they have 4 times as many geniuses.so maybe being a good servant and able to make coffee will be more needed in future with forced Chinese language lessons. Why they make you go to Ebola table and get own cream or milk handled by last 50 customers some of whom sick.....is not sanitary ...but makes the workers in this service industry an easier job.

Very slow service, even when ordering through the Starbucks app.I come to this Starbucks only because it’s the closest to me and the convenience exceeds the 20min wait I often experience when ordering from this location. I also have to agree with some of the other reviewers in that coffee is not up par against other Starbucks cafes in the area.

Its a Starbucks! You know the drill, hip music, good vibe. Its suburbia so you get Moms & Dads, a few young kids, people browsing the paper and hanging out, a few folks on laptops... friendly responsive staff. Its a good place for morning Cup of Joe

A very relaxed feel. The bathroom was clean. While there were several people camped out with their laptops it didnt seem crowded. Nice front area near the window. Its within range of a Pokestop (and a gym is in the same plaza)

My favorite is their hot chocolate with whipped cream. Yummy!

Extremely slow, every single time. If I order a hot drink and a cold drink, I always end up waiting 5-10 minutes for the ‘other’ drink. I have been to plenty of Starbucks that are just as busy, not sure why this place struggles so much and has such a long wait. My advice, make all the drinks in the order one after the other and let the customer leave. I shouldn’t get one drink, then wait for them to make 5 drinks for other customers that came after me, just because both drinks didn’t come from same location, hot or cold.

I order coffee every morning from the Sudbury Starbucks and today the service was worst then ever spoke to Julio on the phone and he said he was too busy to give me a hot coffee (I ordered a hot coffee that was colder than an iced coffee) very disappointed.

I’ve been going to this location for over 15 years and it looks the same now as it did then. Definetly one of the outdated locations, which makes no sense as a brand new plaza across the street and could have provided an upgraded store with a drive-thru option.Needless to say, this Starbucks is aged and disappointing. They have not figured out how to organize mobile ordering in a functional, proficient way so orders usually take 5-15 mins in addition to what the app tells you. If you’re in a rush or on your way to work, I suggest picking a different location. The only reason I come to this one is because Acton’s store is mayhem with all the school kids. So I reluctantly visit Sudbury a few times a week.Make sure to give yourself more than enough time to mobile order. Check your drink (they made mine wrong 4 days in a row) before leaving. If you have time to go to Marlboro or Framingham, go there instead.

Slow service. No sense of urgency at all whats so ever. rude staff. Go to the Wayland Starbucks, theyre amazing and quick.

Limited selection and overpriced bagels they won’t even spread the cream cheese on a $4 bagel. I find the Starbucks that are larger have more variety. This one is awful.

When I want a coffee that tastes great, this is one of the Starbucks stores I drive to. Chris, Steve, Emily and Jane are fantastic baristas!

Horrible service and coffees are made in a rush with no details. They do not attend to mobile orders for the longest time. We have been here enough times to reget it every single time. 25 minutes of wait for a coffee is not acceptable. Let alone the sloppyness and tasteless drinks.Please train your staff to make starbucks coffee properly, many times we have received hot milk and sweet without coffee. Starbucks is a wonderful branch and this place has ruined its standardsAvoid this place.

Music was so loud it was impossible to simply enjoy a few minutes to read a book. Nice staff and very good quality of food and coffee. Definitely NOT a place to go if you are looking for a place to tune the world out.

Starbucks itself here is fine, no better or worse than most, but this is the first Starbucks Ive encountered in over a year that is still using the old ATT network and the internet is terrible, if your looking for a place to connect and do some work, Id keep looking, if you just want a drink then your good to go...To make matters worse, Im only getting 3G here so cant rely on cellular for internet either.
