My elderly cousin had a walker that she lost the bolts that enabled it to adjust the height. Your employee a young man named Henry was dedicated to help find the bolts to repair it. It took awhile but he kept at it and we had success. You are lucky to have people like him in your employ.
Awesome store with great prices! Oh, and, they have a super friendly employee who is a cat!
I met a very helpful employee named Henry who was doing a great job showing me the power drills. Good job Henry! Give that man a raise
Great hardware stuff but my favorite was the cat. They own a orange cat named Oliver who is very sweet. I would highly recommend they are very nice people with great service! And they allow you to ✨pet the cat✨!!! Oh and I don’t think they’re homophobic unlike some other stores cough cough Home Depot. At least Oliver isn’t!
Rating a single transaction since there is no way to submit a feedback. Still waiting for the propane refill after 20 minutes of standing outside. Went to the store to remind - employees seem to be careless
Well stocked, friendly staff and completive prices.
I want to support my local businesses, but artificially propping up wanting outfits is not my job.Stihl is a dealer-specific brand, and I wanted a replacement chain [preferably Stihl-specific] for my Stihl MS-170 chainsaw. Sudbury Aubuchon was out of stock, and when I asked about replenishment, I was told they only order when they hit $6K in PO value, and that was about every 6 months. So, I was supposed to wait for up to 6 months unless I wanted to have them special order the chain I needed. Now, the *right* answer to my question if you want to support your community and expect them to support you in return, was hey, no problem, Ill get that in for you and let you know when its here vs. telling me I could special order it and pay the shipping, handling, etc. myself. Sorry, folks... Home Depot is sending me an Oregon chain straight to my door for less money. And Im obviously not going to a 2-year old hardware store for your expertise when the employees are all LS students whose tool experience amounts to only knowing a Phillips head from a flat head screwdriver because the former is what they can use to swap the heads on their lacrosse sticks. (PS I do love LS Lax, so forgive me for taking alliterative license.)Long story short theres no added value in this store, so, until it becomes something better than what it is, look to Townline or Robinsons (or HD or Lowes.)
This is my favorite hardware store! Staff is always very helpful and nice.
Well stocked, good prices and friendly help.
Talk about extraordinary service! After calling 3 other area hardware stores for help in restoring some damaged threads on my woodstove door handle and getting nowhere, Nick suggested I stop by to see if one of their tap and die kits would work. They didnt have the right size but Nick took the handle to a back room and came up with another solution which solved the problem. He wouldnt take any money for his efforts (so I bought a few items from the store out of support). Wonderful service and great employees.
Store is clean and well organized. Greeted upon entry. Fast check-out. Definitely more convenient/quicker than the Home depot down the street, and I didnt have to scan/bag my purchase!
Great store awesome staff. Thank you
Went in to buy paint supplies and paint. They matched my color and mixed it quickly. Friendly attentive staff - great local alternative to the big box store experience.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Very helpful staff, understandably they weren’t totally on their feet yet considering the store just opened, but they were very accommodating all things considered.
