I bid on auctions from liveauctioneers and have dealt with many UPS Stores throughout the country. This by far was one of the best experiences Ive ever had. They were very attentive, fast to pick up my items, and I am very pleased. I had only five days wait between auction end and receiving my items. Highly recommend! Dont hesitate to use this store.

Fantastic store, the owner is frequently on premise and everyone there is terrific. Cannot recommend them strongly enough - flexible, friendly and always helpful!

The attendant I have had here twice is colossally distracted (Ayira?)The first time, she was in the middle of helping me and then attended to a new customers entire transaction before coming back to me.The second time, she was distracted by giving a price to another customer (who was already being helped) for some packaging they sell, then was distracted by a supplies delivery person, and then eventually let me ship my package.not impressed. Go to the post office down the street.

Staff is always pleasant, quick & professional. I’ve never had something go missing when I send or return something to Amazon from this store.

This was the best experience I have had in a while! I had several packages to return from Amazon and the employee was very patient with me while I scanned all the labels. One of the packages labels had also expired and she was amazing and contacted Amazon customer service and helped me track down how to solve this problem. I really appreciated the help and the kindness I experienced. I highly recommend this UPS!

Had an appointment at 4 for a notary signature waited half an hour for them to finish the customers that arrived before us which was fine. A lot of people that came after us were also waiting and when he asked for the next person we said us and he replied “I’ll do you guys later someone with a package.” We had an appointment and already waited half an hour. He chose to BS us and go for other customers who had been there less than 10 minutes. Not acceptable customer service. Also other employee was not wearing a mask most of the time or wearing it with nose out

The store manager Finaly at the UPS store in Sudbury made my shipping needs amazingly quick and efficient. This is going to be my one stop shop for all my shipping needs. I can not wait to do business with them again. Ten star experience⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This store has been very helpful during Covid while my office is closed to be able to print, scan and fax documents. It’s so nice to have this store around to be able to conduct business. Rafael was very helpful today and helped me accomplish what I needed with an extremely friendly demeanor. It’s great being able to count on this store to get what I need done.

This place is the best, especially Rafael. So is so helpful and customer service oriented. Much better than Staples copy center. Highly recommend!

Please !! Do not go to this UPS store, the boss is EXTREMELY ungrateful, the store is unorganized and under staffed there are no systems and things do not go out on time!!! Kemo (the store manager) sent a customers 3,000yr old statue to the wrong address as well as broke another women’s glass cups !!!!! Customers packages are always breaking in transit and the store manager Kemo blames his employees for his mistakes, Kemo does not pay his employees on time. There are no benefits no sick time, no holiday pay, no over time NOTHING, please if you want your packages shipped and want them to arrive in one piece GO TO NATICK and if your someone looking for employment DO NOT GO TO THE UPS STORE IN SUDBURY

Kemo, the notary public of the Sudbury UPS went above and beyond in my opinion. I had a elderly parent needing a document notarized and he volunteered to come to the house to do it. Much appreciated Kemo!

I am from out of town and needed to send a couple of packages back home. I almost didnt use this UPS store based on the reviews.The staff were professional and friendly.I had a very nice experience here.

I use their shipping and faxing services once a week. I love the convenience and the staff are absolutely lovely; often times a local college student or the owner. Always friendly, fast & efficient.

This was my first time using this UPS store in Sudbury and I was a bit hesitant reading so many negative reviews, but my experience yesterday, overnighting a tick to UMass Amherst for their tick report, was great! Upon entering I was greeted with a smile and how may I help you? by Kelvin who patiently walked me through my options and when my decision was made, immediately typed up my label, showed me on the receipt how to EASILY track my package (just type the tracking # into the google search box- so easy!) and my package was on its way! I just checked and it was received on time! Thank-you Kelvin and I will definitely use this location in the future.

Horrible Service. Didnt even know that Comcast and ups have teamed up to make customers returns more convenient. My 8 month pregnant wife went to bring in the Comcast equipment to be returned and was told she needed to provide a box or pay for a box. The pamphlet clearly says simply bring your equipment in to your nearest UPS store location and Associate will pack and ship your equipment back to us. I guess they never got the memo. very rude and unhelpful employees

First visit they were friendly, I opened a box to receive packages for my company. I had been on the road for several hours and and they allowed me to use their restroom.For the next several weeks everything is business as usual. I use their restroom occasionally. Never any complaints its clean. Then suddenly I walk in one day and I get walked to what they call the real public restroom which is on the second floor all the way on the other side of this strip mall they are located in. He was talking to me like I was a child and wouldnt get it.My company switched from Fedex, what a mistake. They went from a professional service to a mickey mouse operation which is completely detached from the actual service were using.I ship and receive 15 20 packages a week. Im sorry my business is such a burden to you.

The two women that helped us today (around 4:50pm August 16) were incredibly helpful and patient -- we were trying to notorize a poorly designed form and they took the time to help us even when we had to print multiple forms. A really great experience.

Wow. Terrible experience. Was asked to stand aside so the people with packages could get priority. I left. Will never go there again. Rude, no smile, not an ounce of politeness.
