I dont know about all locations of AutoZone but this location has got some great people working there. Always extremely helpful and courteous. They have saved me a ton on auto repair.

Youll find anything you need for your car. Unfortunately they have bad costumer service, employee are rude.

Commercial rep that was in the store denied to sell me a socket because I had a $100 bill. I’m sure there’s a safe in there to get change if needed. Pure lazy. I went up the block to Walmart and they took my money gladly I ended up buying a tool set instead.

Listen every AutoZone is like every AutoZone. They advertise that they replace you better for free. I bought a battery for $175 and they said they would replace it. The problem is some 18-year-old is probably not out of high school yet goes out its filling my old battery and pulling wires out and basically after 10 minutes ago is Mr I got to stop I dont want to break anymore than I did. Had to bring it up to my gas station and have them install a battery. My right speaker didnt work and I was left holding a piece of my hood that the guy from AutoZone couldnt get back on

Your typical Auto Zone but better. Lots of things to buy. Was here on multiple occasions one of which was when I was in a pinch looking for a trailer wire adapter 4-7. I called ahead to confirm and they were accurate when saying they had it on hand. (much better than Brooklyn where they hardly answer the phone at all)

When i went in there, I had a bad experience. I was looking for a lighter for the car and i asked the guy stocking shelves if he knew if they haem and he said he didnt speak english. Then i went to the counter and got ignored for about at least 10 minutes by the woman up front before she finally told me they didnt have em.

Always helpful when my car give me issues.

I ordered rear brakes and pads and started the install then realized after the qheels were off that the brake clips were missing. I called the store to let them know and they offered to deliver the missing parts immediately! Great service.

I cant express how professional and knowledgeable Godfrey was. Hes a true man with an positive attitude 2nd to none.! He understands the phrase Above and Beyond!

Went in for windshield blades and a thermostat.. Godfrey was so much help!! Kisses to you!

1 employee made me want to give it a 1 star and write up a whole story how nasty my experience was, but the rest of them were really nice and always a smile on their face

Great place to pick up parts just need to be a little bit more competitive.

This is the second time iv been in this store in the last 2 weeks. None of the workers are wearing masks. Not even the store manager! People were coming in the store not wearing masks also. One of the store managers had his buddy in there leaning on the counter standing right behind me hanging out with no mask on. I actually had to tell him to step back. Great managers this place has. LOL Rumor is people are going to channel 12 news. Stay away from this place.

I went in for a new brake light. Customer service was awesome, they helped me find the right part, and asked if I knew how to change it. Since I didnt, Godfrey came out to my car and helped me change it. He made sure I followed all the steps so that I can do it myself next time. Car maintenance doesnt seem so overwhelming anymore... Ill definitely be back next time I need anything for my car.

Good location. Friendly staff. And they have almost everything you need in store or they can have it for you the next day.

None of the staff had on masks, helping multiple customers while not wearing masks and allowing customers to come into the store without masks on. zero social distancing. I will not return, so irresponsible.

Many autozones in the area gave me wrong parts some in proper boxes some not but this one got it right ..thank you

Stopped here for brake pads and rotors. Dont know a thing about auto repairs was picking them up for repair on my vehicle a friend was handling. Found the desk staff very helpful and professional as the car parts store can be very intimidating. These two gentleman got what I need gave me a few tips and had me on my way quickly. Wish I had gotten names, they both were great . Visited 10/26 around 8pm . This will be my stop for my vehicle needs for sure.

They wouldn’t even look up my car, they were acting childish and uninformed, Won’t go to that one ever again. Unprofessional and terrible customer service!!

Went there on Monday around 11 for a headlight bulb. The guys there were helpful and friendly, and made sure my headlight got installed correctly. Very helpful.

The attendant sold me the wrong lights that would not fit. The Wall Mart next door had the correct lights easily found in the Sylvania catalog hanging next to the lights.

Thanks for replacing our car battery! The car wouldnt jump and we were trying to troubleshoot thinking it was somethong else, but the guys at the shop helped us and even ran up the street to where the car was parked to change the battery. Thanks for helping us out. I am so glad we didnt have to tow the car or try to change the battery without the right tools.

Friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Im not a big fan of auto zone, because the customer service always seems to be lacking but, this AutoZone is a diamond in the rough. I called to find out if an item was available and the person took the time to look for my item and put my item on hold for me. I was greeted with a friendly smile as soon as I came in and they had my order right behind the counter for me. I was pleasantly surprised since I was used to associates giving me attitude over the phone and not taking the time to even look for my items at the other autozones in nanuet and Spring valley. So it was a nice surprise to actually get courteous customer service from this AutoZone that actually treated me like a person instead of a nuisance.
