I could not be happier with my experience at the Airmont store. The manager assisted me, was able to answer my questions, very knowledgeable & great friendly service. My cell phone service is with at&t and I like knowing I can stop in at Airmont with any problems and they will help me.

DO NOT ORDER A NEW DEVICE FROM THIS STORE! Many of you are smart enough not to get a new device directly from AT&T and now I know. I ordered online for pickup the other night because the price of the device was exactly the same as BestBuy. Big mistake, turns out the store is closed! AT&T will let you order from a closed store because they cant be bothered to update their website or Google. After a chatting and calling and wasting my time they said I cant even cancel the order.

This stores customer service was great! I wasn’t sure what I needed exactly, but Matt was there right away to identify the specifics of what I needed & wanted. Can’t appreciate him enough! I recommend you go to this store for all your Phone & electronic necessities!

I went into the store and was assisted by a gentlemen named Matthew. I wasn’t sure if I was eligible for an upgrade and he took his time to explain to me what plans would fit me best for my usage and took time to figure out phone would be best for me as well. I will definetly taking my daughter to this AT&T for her birthday in April to get her upgrade. Overall from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and at home and it’s very convenient because this Is the first AT&T that was nearby. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Matt was awesome! Helped me get the new iphone and gave me the best customer service I could have asked for. He was attentive and very knowledgeable of the product. I will be returning for some cool accessories soon.

Omg I went in there and spoke with Kate and she helped me save sooooooooo much money on my cable bill by switching to Direct TV !! Like 70$ a month ! I also got an iPhone XS with her she is amazing ! So much better then any other store around !!
