When Lowe’s said “Sorry. We can’t take a new order for bottom sash alone. You got to buy a new window and get it installed. We can’t help in fixing the broken glass”, these guys gave us a solution for our broken window glass and fixed it in just three hours. And their prices are reasonable.
Dropped off a window rubber to inquire if they would be able to make new glass insert from it or if I’d need to bring whole vehicle(shuttle bus) up to them to get job done. Had part 3 days with no response, was told they where busy........ Picked up my item and will not do business with them. If you don’t want to do the work just say so don’t leave someone hanging, have a bus unusable till windows fixed and they cost me 3 days of waiting because or incompetence.
Couldn’t even get a call back about whether they could complete a job for my warehouse. Don’t waste your time!

Had used this company before to repair my patio glass door and called to make an appointment to have them come out and repair glass door again due to a golf ball striking the glass. Confirmed appointment but they never showed up. Called them to inquire about the no show, the answer was they were backed up, but never called to let us know. She then stated they would let me know again with the same results (No Show) .....VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Will never use them again. Had to drive to the store to get the answer, that they no longer carry that type of glass with inserts in the glass.

I received a quote for service in April from two very professional men.It has been three months. I have called every week and been answered only twice with the message that someone would call me back to schedule. No one has ever returned my voice messages or called me back to schedule.I have even been to the business in person only to be told that I would receive a call in a week from someone.Its a shame because I heard many good things about this businesses work. If someone had contacted me even once over the last three months, I wouldnt be writing this.
I called seven days in advance to make an appointment to have my car windshield replaced my insurance company call them and fax them the amount they agreed-upon at my appointment was set up on a day that I had off work and I could have a ride back because I live out of state when I arrived on Monday morning for my 10 AM appointment I was told that they never heard of me and that I they have no glass for me and they didn’t know what I was talking about pretty much went back to whatever they were doing on the computer I had to sit down in they’re waiting Area and called my car insurance company to confirm that we called the correct place in which we did and while I was repeating the information from my car insurance the young lady behind my desk automatically found me and her computer printed off the agreement and told me well I can order it today and we can take care of you on Wednesday and I’m like that’s not convenient for me I called and made this appointment seven days ago for today everything was set up for today she said well I don’t have auto glass that I can give to you today then I left. in about 25 minutes after I left my ride arrived and went in and asked for me by name and she acted like she never heard my name before no we don’t have anybody here by that name they didn’t even tell them that she had sent me away the next day my phone rang and she said can I reschedule your appointment for Wednesday and I declined I will have my appointment someplace else someplace else that has good customer service and cares that people have to actually rearrange Their days in weeks to make special appointments to have their stuff done. I felt she was very rude and disrespected me as a customer they will have to get other peoples business I am all about supporting smaller businesses as I have used them in the past but after today and yesterday tag I’m out
Nice shop. Pleasant people. Very professional. I purchased replacement window panes, cut to size, while I waited. Much stronger glass than at big box stores and the edges were finished.They also fixed a stone pock mark on my windshield. Very satisfied.

So I accidentally broke my bathroom window lowes wasnt any help here depot wasnt any help someone suggested suffolk glass to me and took it there took measurements gave me the price and told me they will call a couple of hrs later they called picked up my window and now its installed and brand new thank you so much yall really saved my tail there! 🙂🙂

My friend had her front door glass broke, she called the company to get someone out to look at it, they put her off for 2wks,saying someone would b out, 3rd week they FINALLY came out and removed the glass around frame and taped edges, 4th wk now, door got in Monday and she is still waiting for someone to come and install it!!!! They say they do auto windows also, if they move this fast on someones house, hate to call them for a car window!!!! Not good business sense!!!!!
Suffolk glass called and told me that my glass was ready. I drove 18 miles,one way, to pick the order up. When I got there at 12:02pm, there was a sign in the window, closed for lunch till 1 pm. I hung around town for an hour and when I returned, they couldnt find one of the pieces I had on my order. I told him that I just drove a long way because they had called and the order wasnt ready.Instead of saying, we re sorry for the inconvenience, he told me, mistakes happen.I will go back again to pick up the glass that is already paid for but that will be the last time they are me. Mistakes do happen, but a bad attitude towards a customer is inexcusable and this outfit is not the only glass company in the area.
