I ha e put this on the parking Mobility app. I have also contacted Pilot in regards to this employee parking like this. She came out as I was putting the report on my app. That’s how I knew it was an employee. No plaque in the front window or disabled plates. She almost hit the sign that shows disabled with the fine amount on it.

Tbh, this is the most CRINGE WORTHY by far... DRIVERS read the signs before you pull in anywhere, PERIOD, shld be common knowledge but 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ truck after truck pulled in without blatantly READING THE FN SIGNS. Bless yall

Decent stop for gas and food. Plenty of snacks to choose from, hot grill items, and a Dunkin’ inside if you want a coffee and donut fix. The restrooms are clean as well. Service could be a little better.

The new worker was rude....I have issues and she was nasty...my brother could get his gas and the worker was rude and unable to give him his money....not only that the lady was cussing at us and other people in the store... the worker pulled out a stick to try to hit someone which was about to cause all kinds of problems...there was even a young man that was a special person, this heffa was last to him....keep going past that one and go 19 miles away to the best one... the Dunkirk Donuts was cool! 😎 I will be calling the manager tomorrow on her nasty attituted!!!

This is one of the nicest Pilots I have visited. Very clean and tidy, inside and out. The ladies restroom was tidy and well stocked. Outstanding! Friendly and courteous people who geeet you when you come thru the door. Nice! PJ Fresh is no longer available. They do, however, have a Dunkin Doughnuts. The only downside that I saw was that truck parking is VERY limited. And they have only two showers. Other than that, I really enjoyed my visit today.

Not ideal for truck parking having no more than 10 spaces.....4 are reserved. Also a hazard coming in and out due to drivers not paying attention to the exit only sign. Lot was trashy and facility itself was not maintained.

Park on the wrong side youll probably get a ticket.Good amount of car parking.This is a brand spanking new Pilot and it looks beautiful and well maintained from the outside. Only crashed overnight here. Did not go in. Interior details will be addressed in a future review.

Nice new and clean.yes I will give it all that. But the traffic flow for trucks to park, which requires all parking to be blindside backing only. Terrible. Was a truck driver even briefly consulted when this place was built? Everything should be done to eliminate blind side backing. This is how trucks get torn up. A lot of drivers struggle to back sight-side; blind side backing is inviting disaster. Please please address this. I pulled in here just to get a cup of coffee. Dont think Ill ever be able to stop again. The risk factor of getting hit is way too high here. Too bad could have been a nice place

Nice new Truck stop for the small town traffic, but truck and RV parking is slack, Needs a more attraction getting food source because PJ is not it, this area is a fried chicken type area and doughnuts with all that sugar also is not it. After my stop today, PJ food stand looks like its closed, this place now is get your fuel and move on up the road to LOVES in Franklin, whoever selected this location needs to be fired,sorry but this place was not given good consideration.

Nice place if you get there early. Truck parking is really limited. Thats why I gave it 4 stars. Other then that its a good place. Clean and friendly staff. Add more parking for a 5 rating.

Favorite place to gas up! Clean bathrooms, plenty of pumps plus it is trucker friendly. We stop here during road trips even if we have a full tank because it is a tradition. Their coffee station is top notch with a good variety of coffee and creamer selections. You can get a cold sandwich, hot dogs plus Dunkin is co-located here. Great cashiers willing to help you find items and they speak to you! Yep, nowadays little things like friendly service still matters.

Really 125 people waiting for a shower. I guess you can chalk that up to pilot allowing anyone to operate a store

The staff is friendly and bathroom is clean. I stopped in because of the Dunkin Donuts and was disappointed when I had to make my own specialty drink. But the young lady on duty on Saturday, August 31st around 4 was very friendly and helpful. She greeted me as soon as she saw me, recognized that I had no clue what I was doing, and offered to help immediately.

A very nice place to get fuel and food very clean an easy to exit. The cashier were very friendly and helpfull. One of the best place to fuel up on 58

PJ Fresh no longer available. Nasty sandwiches in the cold case. Has a Dunkin’ Donuts but it is what it is. Limited parking. Men’s restroom could be cleaner.

Not a lot of parking, Maybe 20 spots. Little to no food Besides some things in their fridge. There are frozen burritos and a few sandwiches as far as food for a meal. Uber is not very popular around here And there is no places that will deliver here.

This place is ridiculous. The Dunkin Donuts has changed to self service only so that side of the business is a waste of space. One of the employees just watched while we picked out donuts before coming over to tell us she was about to throw them out and stock fresh ones. When you pull in the parking lot the look of the new building fools you into thinking you can actually find something halfway decent to eat after a long drive. Its really no different than any half decent service station.

This is a new travel center which was much needed for the truckers in that area and travelers going westbound on Hwy 58, its small but serves the purpose for fuel, we stopped by here with our motorcycles for a break. Good that it is just outside the busy part of Suffolk bypass.

Very good drink selection. For it to be in a comparatively small space, it is well service and maintained. Bathrooms are decent, but there is little to no good food selection.

Clean bathrooms, well stocked snacks. If you have the app you get 3 cents off gas.

Dont be afraid to pull into a truck stop. Just be sure to use the entrance for autos. Youll find all sorts of goodies since they cater to truckers. A restaurant, prepared food, gadgets, gifts, groceries,etc. Theres also a shower if you need one. Next time youre on the road, stop in and be pleasantly surprised, youll probably pay less for gasoline here too!

Easy to access with our 32 ft.class C RV. Gas prices are always good. Great to be able to pick up quick snacks or Dunkin Donuts doughnuts, sandwiches, and coffee!

This truck stop should not bare the name of Pilot! The Marquis read PJ fresh yet there was none available! There were no showers available because ALL the towels have been stolen! There was Dunkin Donuts, however there were out in the open so the flies could feast! They were not covered or behind glass.

Only food is microwaved, rollers, or Dunkin Donuts. Sign still advertises PJ Fresh but its closed. Wont be stopping here anymore.

Pilot/ Flying Js have the cleanest, most up to date facilities and amenities of all the truck stop gas stations. Of all gas stations period. Great for professional drivers of all types and travellers alike. The fact that the food at PJ Fresh inside is actually good, fresh, and not overpriced does not hurt either.

Girls was nice place was clean.. dunking sold me a brick of a glazed donut. But the place was real nice other than my really hard donut

Getting out of this place and headed in the right direction is harder than getting in and neither one is easy and safe.The property is small with limited parking and driving through is close quarters. Once you get inside youll find its Bare Bones compared to 90% of the other Pilots across the country. This place is best used as a fuel and restroom stop, then get on your way.

Brand new location, very clean showers and its nice being able to get something other than fast food. The PJ Fresh inside was great, the biscuits and gravy, sausage and bacon were awesome I wish more stops had that option. I can see the only issue with some is parking, only about 20 spots tops

At first glance store looks new and organized.I heard a courtesy call for men’s restroom and 10 mins later after being checked, I had to notify the staff that the first toilet seat still needed to be serviced.The staff did not seem to professional about getting it done, and a comment was made.Overall better than a typical 7/11 store, but not up to the quality of bigger/newer truck stops.

I can count on the coffee being ready and fresh at 3 am in the morning on my runs. The staff is more than pleasant considering it is overnight work.

Dont park here bobtail. You will not be allowed to complete an 8 hour break.

I’ve been to this place about four times now but I wanted to leave a comment. I love good food and appreciate a great experience just like anyone else. First, let me say that the pizza is delicious!! Nothing like a nice large cheesy slice of pizza to satisfy my hunger! This pizza is way better than the pizza you would get from 7-Eleven so great job! Although, the food was delicious, I would like to give some feedback...a customer’s experience should be the best whenever they come into the store and wants things to be organized. I want to know if I should always pay at the front counter or at the food station. The people that prepare the food seem to be overwhelmed at times so coverage on all ends is the important. My experience at the Dunkin’ Doughnuts counter has always been pleasant. Just a little tweaking here and there and I would enjoy going here each time. Other than that, this gas station will be busy all the time!!🙂🙂🙂🙂

This is a very busy location, had to wait a few minutes for a pump. Great place to stop to fill up on drinks/snacks while traveling from Norfolk to I85.

Its a newer truck stop, but limited on parking. It advertised a Dunkin donuts, but only has the coffee bar. For a hungry driver its a let down, for a tired driver its a challenge. I think they should have planned better in the design. Its a frustrating stop.

This is a recently new gas station. Staff is friendly the store is spotless. Theres a Dunkin Donuts inside Plus showers that truckers can use. Its basically a small truck stop. Multiple pumps for 18-wheelers.

Great people very nice very friendly no creamers there where theyre selling coffee made-to-order breakfast sandwich nice portion but not eat it all the way through maybe a machine malfunction just seems like they need to tweak it up a little bit

This place is the worst truck stop in the country. Do yourself a favor and keep driving. Waited 30 minutes for a burnt and soggy pizza... im baffled how they even did that. Soda fountain is usually on the fritz and outside of the first week they opened, when corporate was there in force, the staff has 0 personality. They push the Pilot Rewards card, but other than a few cents off of overpriced gas, it does nothing.

They will wake you up in the middle of your 10 hour break and tell you you got to move & And they’ll threaten you with a ticket if you refuse to move

Worst pilot Ive ever been to. Not enough showers horrible layout all food and hardly any retail or truck merch. Very few parking spaces and they have to restaurants but they close at 8 p.m..Not at truck stop this is a complete joke.

Nice showers and employees! It does have a PJ Fresh with minimal items daily, and a Dunkin Donuts. Only complaint would be its too small (16 or 17 truck parking spaces) and only have 2 showers.

New Pilot travel Center. Truckers beware there are only about 18 parking spots. There are only 2 showers. No laundry. PJ FRESH and Duncan Donuts. Nice store. Plenty of seating inside with power outlets at the tables. You have to blind side park if you leave the fuel island. Easier to pull into the parking area directly off the street and park. Then get fuel before leaving. Cat scale . No reserved parking at this time.Feb 2019, edit. The Duncan Donuts has closed. Limited food available from pilot. Roller grill, pre made sandwiches.

Well its clean. Friendly staff..PJ shut down. Dunkin Donuts shut down. Only 17 parking spots, and 2 showers..But the tables all have plug ins to charge devices. They have huge selection of cold food and the grill for typical hot dogs ect open.

I went to the Pilot truck stop in Suffolk Virginia to get a pizza at 9:30 at night. When I get there I ordered a pizza and go try to pay for it. The lady behind the counter says the oven is off for the in for the rest of the night because we are about to close at 10pm . The company I work is makes pizza all day everyday, if we were to shut our ovens off 30 minutes before we close we would get in trouble and had lost a lot of money in that 30minute time frame . So I went to Subway and spent $20 yall could have made, that not count other customers that decided to go elsewhere . In the are of your business is 2 7-11 not even a mile apart from each other .

Too small. This area needs major truck parking. They should buy out the BP on US 460 and level it. Its used as a drop yard. No parking there either.

Their Dunkin Doughnuts needs A LOT of work. With 3 cars in the drive thru, it took 15 minutes for us to get our order. I ordered a hot chocolate and it was a horrible, watered down, waste of money. This was a waste of our travel time and our money.
