The girl working in there at 3:20 on Sunday, October 3rd is very rude. She rolled her eyes at us for no reason and she wouldn’t speak up so no one could hear her. I asked her if she needed our phone number for the rewards and she just stared at us . Y’all need to find some better employees.

The people who work there are very friendly and polite. Store is always clean. And the fruits are always fresh. Of course the yogurt is great!

I love their cotton candy flavor! Ingredients are always fresh, employees are friendly and nice, the atmosphere is cool! I would suggest going there.

Frozen yogurt is fun to try new flavors every once in a while. they wipe down everything a lot and provide those thing plastic gloves to hold your cup and grab the topping spoons with. Staff is nice and attentive.

Everything was good but the chocolate, try a different flavor.

Took my family for treat, sadly when I grabbed my small cup and also a divider, the employee was very quick to said that the dividers were only to be used with the green cups and not my pink cup. I told her I didn’t wanted to mix the ice cream and didn’t wanted a green cup. I need to control my portions and the smaller cup helps me. I mention that I understood the weight was going to be higher I was going to pay for it. She keep saying that the dividers were only for the green cup like some sort of zombie and not a customer service rep. I got a little disappointed and didn’t buy any for myself. I don’t believe it’s ethical to force a size of food on anybody. I will still bring my kids but I will never consumed this overpriced product anymore, bye sweet old pal.

A cut above. Some yogurt shops put out cereal as toppings, not this one. Diced fruit, candies of all persuasions, hot fudge and caramel toppings. Hand sanitizer and food handlers gloves are available for the pulls and toppings bar. They have gelatto frozen yoguet that is well worth the trip. Kid friendly. Recommended.

Store was very clean and bright with open atmosphere.In compliance with state mandated safety measures for Covid-19.The staff was friendly.The toppings bar was fully stocked and clean, very well attended.The fro-yo dispensers all worked, were clean, and clearly labeled.Even amidst covid, still open at a moderately late time for a Sunday evening in the south.... they closed at 9:30, and we showed up around 8:45.... the staff was ready with smiles as if they just opened for the day.Definitely dont mind returning to this sweetFrog location in the future.

Delicious, I have been going at least once a week lately...So many different flavors to choose from.

Very clean inside with a great selection of toppings... Only wished they had a bigger selection of soft serve. Notice doubled flavors. Will still come back for our next sweet treat.

The staff was not very knowledgeable about which toppings contain allergens. They did call their manager to ask and finally had the manager sent a document with allergy friendly items listed.

My kids love this place! The place is very well kept. Very clean. Employees always have a smile on their face and they are very attentive for a self serve place.

Sweet frog is ALWAYS a hit for the kids and adults. You can make it exactly how you want it. Filled with candy or fruit. Banana froyo is the best!

You might consider ordering something to share with a significant other. Be aware that they dont always have the same flavors every time you visit. Homemade waffle bowls and cones and a huge detection of ice cream flavors.

Took my son to your Harbor View location yesterday. It was our first time and my son was so excited. The cashier accepted my money and returned it to me as though I had the plague and was afraid shed touch me. I will never return. That was a very disappointing first time customer experience.
