The owner is absolutely lovely and helped me design a monogram for a jacket, and the turnaround time was quicker than estimated— even in the midst of the holiday season. They can always get what I want.

They where friendly and helpful to me and had good products to sell. I bought two bags and got my name on them and love it. She explained how embroidery and screen printing works to me so i understand the difference. She also explained about how digitizing works and how you can shrink only 10 percent to keep the quality. And with any embroider only some will stitch on your garment but are not responsible for replacing it and that makes perfect since.

Always wanted me to pay for another $30 set up fee to size it down even the smallest bit. They messed up a $14 hat and still charged me $7 to embroider another hat. I will never step back into that joke of a business I am only 16 years old trying to start a clothing brand and she said I had an attitude for being disappointed she messed up on of my hats and couldnt do anything I asked for! Dont waste your time or money at this place!!!!!!
