So twice now we’ve come here and both times the sign on the door says closed...at 3:00 when they are supposed to close at 5:30. I just want a shed I didn’t think it would be this difficult.

Customer service does not exist here. Waited for about 35 minutes for someone to come back from a 15 minute break according to the sign. So I went down the road to check out the competition after 4 phone calls later I get a phone call that someone is there so We go back but the guy was not interested in really helping us. We left with a lot of questions about the services but no answers. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone else.

I would never recommend stateline builders of Suffolk, VA. Not only did I come prepared to make a purchase, but I was completely ignored and never acknowledged. Perhaps my money wasnt green enough.

Sheds are decent size. Prices are comparable. Driver that delivers them is cool.

Rude, wants customers to look up details on sheds online and email him for prices. I was on the lot, had cash and was ready to buy but their salesman is such a jerk I went to Franklin and spent 3k their instead.

Quick on the phone...........said he couldnt help me............they werent doing pergolas.............was very short.........perhaps having a bad day.........
