David Novak from service is the best. He was able to ID my part that was needed from a photo and sent it to me with-out question. Great technical expertise and service with a smile. The product is first class as well. What else can you ask for; great products and customer service all in one....

Great place to load. Friendly staff. Load fast. No overnight parking DONT TRY PARKING OVERNIGHT. YOU HAVE TO A TURN AROUND ABOUT 1/2 mile down the road on the right in a industrial park codersack then come back to back in from the street, very easy to do. Make sure to apply 4ways. Do not try to BLIND SIDE, to Dangerous.

Great customer service. They stand behind their product (custom heated soaking tub). Just make sure to register you product for speedy satisfaction.

Worked her for a few months, building 2 with Chris R. A complete joke of management! Employees were always smoking pot outside and im the bathrooms which i get blamed for. EVERY EMPLOYEE KNOWS WHO IT IS. But nope it was me who bit the dust! Wouldnt recommend working here. They only care about the people they absoluetly need. (Welders and rollers) anyone else is easily disposable to them.

Air tub never worked from day 1. Call support and they insisted tub was installed wrong. No way for me to verify without tearing bathroom apart again. Finally had to fix it to sell my house and found that the air switch/tube was defective all along. Two small buttons in bottom of tub covering air ports came off immediately after installation. After a few years, a couple more broke and none of them would go back on. Called and asked for more buttons thinking they would cost $2 - $3 but they charged me $30 for them and then posted to my credit card a charge of $300 which Im now having to dispute/correct. Get your tubs somewhere else.

Company straight up LIED about tub features, and then after purchase recanted everything. Tub has tons of electrical issues. SHADY

This company is highly unorganized. I wouldnt recommend them . I went into see if they had a position because they had a open job fair, and when I got there I was told that they closed the job fair. It looks to me that the company is just unorganized.
