Cashiers call you over after leaving their station and tell you they’ll check you out only to take someone with more than 10 items on their lane before you when it’s clearly a 10 items or less lane. Then they can’t process payment correctly and try to charge you twice. Some people are in a hurry and don’t have time for your slow poor service. Go to Kroger at least they have self check outs so you can get out in a timely manner.

This Publix has a seating area by the deli. We were able to order soup and sandwiches and eat them right there. So nice!

Staff is very friendly and courteous. They do a good job. Produce and meats are always very fresh. Can be easy location. Easy to get in and out of. Deli does a great job!

I like Publix better than Kroger because theres hardly anybody there and the cashiers just wait in front of their lives asking if youre ready to check out you dont have to wait for somebody whos using a welfare check or EBT check or paying in pennies.. you get through the line fast at publix. They may cost a little bit more but if you have social anxiety this is the place to go

If someone asks for a cake that is going to be too hard just tell them upfront. If you cant do flowers dont attempt it. I have a party tomorrow and am embarrassed to even serve the cake. I shouldnt have even bought it. I didnt expect that from Publix.

Horrible service at the sandwich and prepared food area. I have been in 2xs to get chicken tenders and each time you where out and the woman behind the counter acted like I was bothering her. I will go to Zaxbys instead.

Very nice staff at this location and never very crowded. I’ve been shopping here since 2013 and unfortunately the quality of meats and veggies is not very good. I can’t be the only one having this experience. I assume many people are accepting of this lack of quality. The brown Greenwise ground beef was ground and purchased same day pic was taken.

Visited this store on Sunday 8/9/20 at 10:45am. I decided to review online vs. contacting manager so hopefully manager and customers will be aware of my experience. My daughters family was moving from one Suwanee home to another Suwanee home. While on route to the new home I was asked to pick up 12 foot long sandwiches for the movers. The movers requested that they come from Publix. Six ham and 6 turkey all on white bread rolls and all with everything. I waited behind a customer for about 5 minutes. When it was my turn I went up to the counter and placed my order. Ann, who made my sandwiches let me know that I should have ordered an order like this online. I told her that I asked to pick them up while I was literally driving past. I was told again that I should have ordered online. Believe me the last thing I wanted to do was stand in line at Publix waiting for sandwiches. I realize this was a larger than normal order, but at 10:50 on Sunday morning I didnt think it would be a problem. About 25 minutes later all 12 sandwiches were done. During the 25 minutes of waiting Ann looked up several times and told the group of 4 behind me that it would be just a minute. Kind of like I was a problem. When Ann handed me my last sandwich I said thank be you very much. She looked back at me like I was from another planet without saying a word. Now comes the part that really pisses me off. The group of four that were within a foot or so of me had no mask on. Ann or another employee should have asked them to please put on mask or get out of the store. Not a word was said. I realize there are some people in this country that arent aware that there is a virus for one reason or another. Obviously customers cant say anything since its private property. It is the job of Publix to enforce their policy. While I was looking for chips I noticed another customer without a mask. Why have a mask required policy if you arent willing to enforce it. If you are afraid you might offend unmasked customers just take down the signs. This is the first time since Publix came to the ATL market years ago that I have ever had anything bad to say about them other than the obvious that their prices are a little on the high side.

Although this Publix is smaller than the nearby Publix at PIB/McGinnis Ferry, it is always well stocked and so very helpful and friendly. Produce department is terrific and the bogos are the best!

Workers are friendly and go above a beyond. However, only having two registers open at a busy time was very inconvenient.

The quality of food at this location is horrible. The bread and produce gets mold after two days. This week it was the Publix creme cake.

The $10 gift card is a great incentive to get your flu shot! They also have a good selection of carving and decorative pumpkins 🎃 And the staff is super nice and helpful!

Great selection, friendly employees. Only incident worth mentioning is that one employee, when asked where I might find honey, took 3 wild guesses and sent me on my way, alone, to find it, which is unusual for Publix employees.

It should not take 45 minutes to wait in line and to get three Subs, let alone that long for a manager to be called over for a lunch rush. Delays are expected but qasting an entire lunch break for slow service doesnt give good reason to return.

I absolutely love shopping at this location. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. One that stands out the most is Juan in the fish dept. He is consistently friendly, always helpful and takes the time to suggest new ways to cook salmon (which I frequently buy and cook for my family). He seems to truly care about helping others to enjoy food in a healthy way. I’ve gotten several recipes from him that were phenomenal. The checkout staff and baggers are always friendly, too. It’s my definition of a true neighborhood grocery store where we always feel welcome.

I work next door at the Massage Envy so Im at this location often. The deals are pretty good but the best thing about this Publix is the great customer service!Samantha with customer care has helped me out whenever I have issues with my purchase and she always has a smile.Nevaeh at the cash register is also very sweet and always eager to help me if I need anything.The experience has been pleasant and I highly appreciate it. Definitely recommend this Publix.

Nice location, Normal Publix experience you come to expect. Staff is friendly and helpful at locating items. Meat department staff is accommodating as well.

The quality of this Publix seems to be declining. I go shopping with my family here every Sunday after church. Todays visit was the tipping point. The bananas are rarely ripe and able to last throughout the week. The meat department did not have any bags. The Tombstone pizzas my family eats seemed to have just been thrown in the freezer. We almost got in a wreck in the parking lot because the bushes need to be pruned back. These are just a couple of examples we experience a lot. My previous experiences with Publix have been great, but this one is falling below them.

I was there this morning and the guy that was working there i think his named Brian if im not mistaken and he was wearing thumb support. He is not friendly at all. ....hope I wont see him again whenever i go there. He need customer relations and common sense.

As a local in the area I visit this Publix on a regular basis. Whatever they’re doing, they are doing it right. The employees are friendly right down to the butchers and cashiers. Whenever I need help with finding something, there is always someone willing to help.Publix isn’t what you’d call a bargain shopping grocery store. If you’re only concerned about saving 10 cents then you may try another chain. Because my time and experience is so valuable to me, I normally choose to visit Publix.

Not the cheapest unless youre shopping their bogos. But the staff is great. I had a gentlemen named william help me get all the groceries I needed. I have issues walking and bending over at the moment and he was a huge help.

The deli service was amazing.Edit: Went back again 8/23/19. Adrian made my sandwich. It was awesome. Not just because of the quality but because of the care he put into making it.

Its seems to be a little more expensive then other grocery stores. The frozen pizza I purchased was terrible. I take it back if I could.

Had a great experience with Samantha from Customer Service. She tried very hard in helping me look for a wine that my wife wanted. Even though it ended up being a brand this location didn’t carry, Samantha was wonderful.

Typical Publix, consistently the best grocery store out there. Great fresh produce, good deals, and nice people. Also they make the best sub sandwiches.

I love this Publix and Publix in general. Keeps to the mould and everyone is wonderful, friendly and professional with great customer service. Beats Kroger any day of the week! I will spend the extra money to support this store, their produce and meat department is great.
