This is a nicely organized thrift store! So much easier to find great deals that way. I like the separate room with the furniture and home decor.

I love this place. I bought two lamps here, and some candle stick holders. This place is always so clean and they have a large selection of clothes

Bad selection... and someone purposefully scratched my car with their keys. So the clientele here is shady at best. Stay away.

They have you take your clothes off the hanger. Fine, but the cashier doesnt have to be rude af about it. She just got an attitude that I didnt hear the announcement over the intercom. Like its too hard for her to ask. She needs to take her ugly attitude home and be a miserable person some where else. Its not that hard to be a decent human. 🙄

It used to be the best and cheapest place to get clothes, and other goodies. In the past few years things have gone down hill. Even getting more expensive than goodwill. Two years ago I bought a jersey for $8 now the same one today was $80. All I can say is...STOP IT YOUR A THRIFT STORE.

Its really very good. Very organized. Its brighter than your average thrift store and I LOVE the fact that they sell brand new furniture. I hvnt been to any other VVs but I like this one.

The store has things for certain types of people which I cant blame it for but very empty and barren. There wasnt much to see

Value Village is the best. They always have 2 colors that are half price. The have clothes and shoes for the whole family. Much better priced than Goodwill!!!!

Always a lot of great finds here and the clothing is usually in great shape.

Went to this location to donate some lightly used clothing items and other miscellaneous items. This store is not only for buying used clothes.... I saw new area rugs and pillows in the front of the store. There are also new furniture items in the back of the store as well. Nice and friendly employees.

It was absolutely great! Lots of reasonably priced items; Exceptional customer services and the store was very clean and well lit.

Always find more than I need. Excellent place to obtain material for crafting, costumes. Or upholstery in the curtains and sheets. A fraction of buying cloth by the yard.

Good luck trying to get an employees attention for anything. One person at checkout and another at a counter on her phone ignoring me. Very low inventory for the space they have makes it feel sad.

We pulled over just down from the location on Buford drive to look up directions and had furniture we were moving in the back of our truck, when some crazy lady with blonde hair starts literally screaming at us out of the stores front door that we couldn’t unload furniture on the sidewalk. Apparently she was the manager or designated Karen of the store- but who does that? She was completely irrational and acting like she was on drugs.

This place is new I hope they really appreciate the opportunity to serve others. Respect and love ❤️

Worst customer service. I wanted to donate some items and I didn’t know the process so went inside to inquire. I asked if I could get a cart and bring my donations inside. The young gentleman at register said I can just drop them in the blue metal bin outside. I told him that I had things in boxes that were fragile. He said I could just set them on the side and one of the workers would get them later. What? No sense of urgency. Just set them on the side so it can be a free for all. I then proceeded to ask another older gentleman who was stocking bigger items from the back. I asked if there was a drop off. He looked annoyed and said he would get a cart and get my things from my car. I parked In front of the store and he never came out. Waited for 5 minutes. My friend recommended that I drive in the back and see if there was a drop off or back door. When I drove up at the back there was another customer dropping a flat bed full of stuff. Guess who was in the back. Yes, the older gentleman that said that said he would meet me up front. When he saw me he even looked even more annoyed to see me pull up and was shaking his head. Guess what? I just made a u turn and left. It’s sad that everyone there looks like they hate their job and prefer not to help anyone. If the staff continues to treat customers like this no one will not want to donate and shop there. So sad as I came here because of good reviews.

Every time I have been here the staff has been very kind to me- I dont know what the review about fraudulent items is about when these items are all donated. They have a wide variety of things and their products are in better condition and priced than goodwill. It is a thrift store, so expect slightly wore things. I shop here every week sometimes more than that. Be kind to the staff and they will be kind to you! They also have right one the wall when you check out ALL of there store policies- theres nothing hidden or fraudulent about this place- and they help out the American Kidney Fund (I believe thats where they get most of their donations) - Samantha and Liam

My favorite Thrift Store! Nice clothing selection with prices based upon the article of clothing itself and not a blanket price like other thrift store. Nice selection of wares and linens. Shoe prices are great!

Had to go thru a lot to test a monitor with my laptop as they do not pretest them to see if they work. Didnt find a viable one this time, but if you do find one, the price is great, usually under $10. Be sure to test them with a laptop as many will turn on, but their screens have gone heavy on one color as they go bad.

This place is big time fraud. They sold me a bag for$60 saying Loui Vuitton & I confirmed with my friend & LV logo this is fake, thus I brought it back to return & get store credit but the new store manager lady is so rude, she just told me that they would not return on items other than clothes & wouldn’t even talk to me & Just walked away. I asked other store lady yo share corporate office ph & she wouldn’t share. I googled to call & left voicemail since none responds every time I called. I would give -ve star if has an option.

Prices are high for clothing, considering all these items are used. For example, got some pants at Goodwill for my son at $3 each. Some standalone thrift stores are even cheaper. Here, boys pants are $5.69 - $8. I can buy new pants at Walmart for $9 each. There are a select few racks of new items with tags, but its not worth it. They appear to have brand new furniture and mattresses for $200+. Everything is clean and organized but it feels like a higher priced Goodwill. If youre a treasure hunter, you wont find it here unfortunately. I think it is less of a thrift store and more like a department store of sorts.

Sorry service .was called a thief in not so many words.Bought pants last week got wrong size and did not have receipt.Tried to exchange then, was told by cashier how do I know you didnt get them off the rack.The cashier and Manager both waited on me when I first bought items so its not like they didnt know me. I had left my purchase in car and picked others to buy in place of them but once the cashier said that to me.I got the pant as from car and gave them to the cashier and told her I would not come.back.Normally I would not have went to Value Village but daughter asked me to.So BUYER BEWAre YOUR a Thief when you come in door.

Great good for getting kids jackets, I bought four jackets for the price of one cant beat it. Wish they had individual dressers. Tip bring your own bag. :)

The manager and another employee sat and chatted while people are waiting in line for the one cashier ...very loudly and inappropriate...eat and drink and gossip in the back room or open a register and let us check out. Will not be back. They have a help wanted sign with all of the qualities listed that they DID NOT EXHIBIT. A man asked for a few hangers and the girl asked the manager who was to busy gossiping to respond the first 4 times asked them just rudely said NO! FIRST AND LAST time I will be back there ...so awful.
