Bob installed these pictured upstairs windows in a 2-story living room so we have never opened it. I had to crawl out of an upstairs bedroom window and walk on to of a covered patio to access it and try to close it once i discovered the gap on top, but discovered he had installed it at an angle and its unable to be closed. I sent these same photos to Bob and he began blowing me off and said Ill fit you in when i can. I had to use a different phone and he picked right up after ignoring my calls from the first phone i used to text him. This guy is unprofessional and dismissive and rude. Good luck using him and if you get the same shoddy job hell treat you the same.

Bob is the man with a plan. He’s your guy. Price, timing, knowledge, professionalism. I contacted many different companies who couldn’t help me because my window is discontinued. 10/10 would recommend to my own family. He fixed my window faster and cheaper than anyone could. This guy knows his glass!

Bob was highly recommended from a large home improvement retail chain. Bob is very professional, honest, reasonable and does good work. Our window was broken when the storm blew our 2-Person Sling Outdoor Swing backwards into the window. Bob came by, measured the window, ordered it and installed it without any issues. Great service!

Bob was awesome, got us out of a pinch in a hurry on two broken windows. BTW, He is open for business but mostly mobile out in the field so give him a call, great customer service!

I had many window glasses repaired in 2003 due to foggy problem. Since then, we moved out of country and back a few years later. The house was empty all those years. When we were back, we noticed that most of the glasses are so fogged that they are even worse then those not repaired in 2003. Another glass company evaluated the glass and I was told the foggy glass used in 2003 repair is thinner than required thickness. To make it even worse, this guy from All Right Glass did not admit that the glasses are from them. He was very rude. We ended up replacing all of them with new windows.

Bob was awesome, had a gift that had 4 glass panes, of which 2 broke in transit from Seattle to here. My wife was bummed, but Bob was very kind and worked me in on the spot and received the new glass panes for a very reasonable price.

Showed up on time, a pleasant guy, but then it goes south. When removing old windows, he made a mess out if when he improperly cut the caulk, broke trim pieces, and left nail heads and nails themselves protruding. Didnt re[place a window grid because he put the window lock in the wrong place and it wouldnt fit. When I called afterwards, I got an unprofessional response.
