GREAT customer service. Answered all of my questions, very respectful and cordial people. Made sure all of my needs were taken care of. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for great quality sod and people.

The customer service was terrible as the rep was irritated and rude. For a client facing business to have such a rude attitude towards the customer does not make sense.

My experience with the customer service team of Andrea & Michelle was great. The price of the product was fair and the service delivery was on time as scheduled. I live on a hill and he made 3 attempts to deliver product. His 4th attempt he changed his approach and made it up the hill with the product. Thanks again team.

The price of the sod was good, but now I understand why. Truck was a day late and no one called to let me know. When the truck arrived the the pallets were cracked and falling apart and it caused the guy unloading it to drop a whole pallet on its head. Not a great impression of this company.Most of the turf looks ok, but a lot of crab grass was growing in it. I’m hoping I can mitigate it once it’s established, but I’m disappointed it is as present in expensive turf. I just took two weeks to kill all the crab grass in my yard, now I’m laying it back down in my sod? I don’t plan on using this company again.

Terrible company! DO NOT USE. My company bought 16 pallets of sod showed up a day late with no forklift. Then found half of the pallets are rotten sod on the bottom half. Tried to contact the company to resolve the issue with no success. This company was an added stress I didn’t need. We will only use Super Sod and Site One from now on.

Grass was ok, but late delivery and no communication before or after delivery, they just randomly showed up when they felt like it and dropped off the grass

Thank you!It is one thing to record the traffic on your business’s street because the Gwinnett County school board is full of inconsiderate individuals who didnt plan for the traffic nightmare that theyve caused for Roberts Elementary parents, its neighbors and surrounding businesses. But its a completely different thing to STAND IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROADWAY AND BLOCK PEOPLE FROM USING THAT STREET, while pointing a camera at complete strangers. The businesses on this street deserve to take a hit to their bottom line for pulling such asinine antics or condoning it from their neighbors! Im so glad this person could get to work on time just to waste an hour standing outside IN THE STREET, harassing your neighbors.

Good sod. Call someone to instal it though

Sod from Tifton GA. There is no much to see in small office in Suwanee. However, sales staff are very knowledgeable and make helpful recommendations.

Sod had been cut for a few days with fresh cut sod on top. High price, low quality. Same price as super sod but not as good quality.

They were okay. No problems but some of the sod wasnt as fresh but its expected most places

Now that place really SUCKED ! NO EQUIPMENT WORKING !
