Rented a 26-ft truck from the website from this location close too my design studio. This place is run by a great team that takes pride in their work and workplace. Clean location, clean vehicle and fast check-in and check-out process. Much faster than the mobile app driven self driven process. When it comes to great people running a business, no amount of technology can replace them.

I rented a Uhaul from them. Very polite and friendly staff. I was on and out with no issues. Great customer service.

The greatest place to rent or store your belongings. The staff is the nicest people you will ever meet. Have always solved any problems I have had. Have used them 15-20 times over the last year.

Beware, have someone drop you off if you are renting a truck from them. They only have maybe 6 parking spaces for customers, and half of them are taken by employees. The only option they give you is to park about 100 yards down and on the opposite side of a very busy Peachtree Ind Blvd. They are happy to help as long as you park a football field away and walk across a busy 4 lane divided highway. Sounds like a big screw you customer service policy.

Really nasty customer service. Would never call them or ever appear there. The lady I spoke to was really rude. Short tempered and bad attitude. She can’t talk respectfully . I can’t imagine appearing there in person. I would flat out never come or call ever again. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. False information on the website.

I was reassigned to this location for my UHaul rental. The app was having tech issues. The manager came out of no where to save the day. He helped with completing paperwork in the good old fashion way of human to human interaction. The uHaul chat system SUCKS. He saved me a lot of time by taking control of the situation. Upon return, he popped back out to make sure everything was good and shortened my wait time. I will call directly to this location going forward instead of doing uHaul’s online process.

My drop off experience was great when I moved here but the day I rented from this location was not as good. They forgot to put a dolly in the truck as stipulated in the contract. First when you call, you will get a text message back- your call may or may not be returned. Mine was not for almost an hour. Your rental is time based and mileage based. When I pointed out that they forgot the dolly, the defensive representative stated that it was my responsibility to knock on the door and get the dolly. This has never been the case when I have rented before. When asked about being comped mileage to get the dolly, she said I could bring my personal car or pay the .99 cents per mile. My family had dropped me off and taken a load so this left me with nothing to do for an hour and a half. How hard would it be to take care of the mileage?! Definitely would not rent from this facility again. Find a facility that carries the materials and takes care of business.

I love this place. I have 2 storage units here that Ive had since 2014. The staff is very freindly and the property is well kept and clean. Highly recommend.

Charged me extra gas usage, I complained, they refunded me. it takes too much time to check in when I arrived. couldnt this be done earlier the day before? I guess it is U-haul issue, not the extra attic issue.I guess they are contracted to uhual, not owned by uhaul. people are friendly here.

Penny customer service skills are extremely poor. I have been dealing with this place for over 5 years now. It was awesome before Penny took over. The previous managers were easy and friendly to work with. So after almost a year or longer since she has been the manager, I have decide that we will change to a new storage location. It’s a hassle however my wife and I will not be treated like we are an inconvenience or treated with rudeness.When I tried to tell her why we would be leaving I was interrupted many times. I never raise my voice but try to give her some feedback. I was accused of being a liar and a rule breaker. She also told me that the previous managers were rule breakers.I would love an opportunity to talk to the owners. I wish you guys the best of luck and if I had someone like her working for my company I would want someone to let me know.

Rented a U haul and the app was such an issue. It timed out and we were supposed to get a call regarding the rental and the call never happened. The truck was on E for gas so before we could even get started, we had to get gas. There needs to be clearer instructions for using the app to rent a truck and not being able to ask the rental facility on what steps are needed to actually get the keys.

I arrived on scene where I parked on the side of the entrance. All I had to do was call there number to let them know I arrived and they took care of the rest. Its never been easier. Really appreciate the guys from Your Extra Attic.

Rented a truck and storage unit at your extra attic Suwanee and had a great experience, the staff at this location are super friendly and made my move super easy! The Covid non- sense had changed how business is conducted here. I rented a U-haul from this place, but unfortunately you cant enter the building or get help directly in person. All transactions are handled through an app which is very buggy and frustrating. Took way longer than I would normally take to rent a U-Haul with a person interaction. The workers inside were helpful but you can only speak through them by phone.

Best experience I could have ever have. Wouldnt think twice going anywhere else. Very understanding and personal, Im glad I was able to find this place 👍🏿👍🏿

I have had storage at several places but let me tell u your extra attic where Penny and Glenn manage r the best. There customer service is above and beyond. The property is immaculate and the units r very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This is absolutely the worst place to rent a U Haul. They won’t even come out to help people who are having trouble with the U Haul website to rent their equipment. They just sit behind their counter and watch people struggle with it. There was another group of people having trouble with and she called them on the phone and they still wouldn’t come out to help. I personally will never use U Haul again. They also didn’t put the dolly in the truck but were quick to add the price of the dolly $157.93 onto my debit card to over draw my account. They say it was in the back of the truck and they saw it fall out. My question is if they saw a dolly fall out, why didn’t they go out and pick it up?! I have filed a dispute with U Haul. This location has very poor customer service.

The truck rented was damaged. Allowing water and moisture in the truck and on my boxes and furniture. I was offered nothing in return for having a damaged truck or my property getting wet during the move. It gets better. I was told safe move would be $28. That is what I was originally charged. But they charged me for an extra 90 miles saying ending odometer was 106,548 instead of 106,458. That was an extra $71. I was charged and invoiced at 9:01 am and called at 10:06 am to dispute the invoice. When I called to dispute they said it would be the afternoon before they could verify who was right. I drove down there and offered to go take a picture of the odometer. They said I couldn’t and they would get back to me in the afternoon. They did call back in the afternoon and told me I was right. They did apologize, but the charge only went down $45. I questioned it but they said everything was double checked. Not sure how since it was wrong on the first invoice. I then received the second invoice and saw where I was double charged for safe move. It was now $56 on the second invoice. I called back and was told that was correct because safe move was $28 per day. That was not what I was told when I picked up the truck. It was also not what I was invoiced the first time when the mileage was wrong despite everything being “double checked”. I would watch your bill and what you are told very closely if you rent from this company. My guess is they are always sneaking some charges in to increase the costs. I also had trouble trying to self check-in the truck. The site kept crashing when I was asked to upload the pictures of the odometer, fuel gauge, and cleanliness of the truck. I guess the good news is that the 20 minutes I spent trying to self check-in the truck had that odometer glued into my mind. If I had not attempted to self check-in I would not have known the odometer (probably what they figured) and I would have just paid the overcharge. Renting the truck went great! Returning the truck was a nightmare! I would stay away...

The couple running this storage location is just wonderful. They are always very friendly and helpful. The property is always clean, no trash, and easy to get around. I rented a 10 x 10 climate controlled unit. Never any bugs, rodents, and the ceiling was nice and tall. Great place for temporary storage.

Ms Penny and Glenn are AWESOME!!!! They saved the day when I needed a truck last minute on a Saturday of all days! I was going to have to go to Cumming to pick up a truck but Glenn was so nice to try to get one at his location for me and he called me back within minutes to let me know he had one! I just got out of the hospital and moving has been stressful. That one act of kindness meant everything to me! Thank you Ms Penny and Glenn! I’m so very grateful to you both!!!

My first experience with Your Extra Attic was to rent a moving truck for a move. It was easy to reserve, quick to pick up and return and they even waited a few extra minutes for us to get there when we were running late to pick up the truck. I had such a great experience I then rented a storage unit from them! Safe, secure and convenient are the best ways to describe this storage center. We LOVE Mack and Harveys hospitality that is what made us choose this place! The moment we walked in they helped us right away, they even took us on a golf cart to check out the unit before we got it! We rented a 5x10 and it was perfect for stuff we didnt have room for, we even got a month for free! Even as I was there I ran into coworkers and friends who rent here as well! I highly recommended this storage facility to anyone, great location, CLEAN units, affordable pricing, and superior hospitality!

Horrible customer service. Penny in the office is the rudest customer service rep. They took no ownership with a Uhal reservation that they messed up. The owner of this location should not be able to contract with Uhal. When we went to pick up the truck Penny stated we should have been notified of a different location for pick up.

Rented 15 ft uhaul and auto transport the Uhaul at 5400 Old National Highway, College Park GA, on 12/22/18. Before arriving very anxious due to a previous experience at Your Extra Attic UHaul in Suwanee GA back in 08/2018. They did not have my equipment and made me drive to other Uhauls to obtain. Also, the manager hooked up the auto transport but would not assist with loading my car on the transport. The manager said we are not obligated to do any more than hook up the trailer. Loading the car is your responsibility. I was alone and he would not even assist with guiding me while driving the car on the transport. Fortunately, I was able drive my car on the transport and figure out how to tie the car down after watching Youtube instructional videos on my android. It is not extremely difficult but never tackled it before and this must be done correctly. In any event, the UHaul at 5400 Old National Highway was great. Lorenzo (hope his name is correct) attached the auto transport. Then, based on past experience, I started to get the transport ready for my car. Lorenzo stopped me and said this is my job I am happy to help. You dont do this everyday and I would hate for something bad to happen. Needless to say, I was very pleased he did such a good job and was very friendly. They had everything ordered and did not have to drive to different locations. Very efficient and took 45 minutes compared to 2 hours at the other place. Thank you Lorenzo. You put the other location to shame.

The parking for this place is almost non existent. Do yourself a favor and bring a friend you will probably need to have them drive your car back as there likely wont be a place to park. Staff was kind of rude about me noting the lack of parking.

Have stored extra furniture there for 18 month now. Never any issues and always very pleasant.
