The employees need to be retrained on what their job is. I had a very important package that I did not want to be left at my front door so I had it sent to this store. It was addressed to this store with my name on it and they sent it back because I didnt have a mailbox. That makes zero sense. Ive done this before at other stores with no issues. Its an issue at this store apparently.
Charged me $3 to print 2 sheets of paper and werent even able to take my package. Told me to put a BOX in the envelope slip outside. Unhelpful
I was having trouble uploading a file for a print job to the website. I sent them an email with the file to ask for them, and they just did the job for me! And fast!
Great location! Friendly service thats fast and effective! Every time I come I am always greeted with a friendly smile! Heard they received new management and they are so much better than the last ones!!
Staff is friendly and handles all my concerns very well. There are times when it’s extremely busy which is expected but, they do there best to get customers in and out.

Very Rude customer service. They try to get money for the customer in all possible ways.Expect customer to pay from the time they enter into the store until leave.
Undisclosed fees. I wanted to return a package to Amazon. Free return, not such a thing. I got charged $1.50 for the clerk checking a email and printing a label. I get the same service done time after time at a Hamilton Mill location for free. It just a small amount but, nevertheless, I should have been notified of the fee before the service was rendered. Or at least have a sign with the policy.
Beware: this location charges you for doing returns with UPS where other stores don’t. They also have a three dollar minimum for charging with a credit card. If that wasn’t enough, the service was also extremely slow. I will never return to this store again.
Lets give these guys a big thumbs up for quality performance and customer service over the last few months!

I have never had great service like I did at this location...thought I had to do a ton of running around today to get a product shipped off and came to this location to print a label and to my surprise Sean was very helpful getting all done for me including packaging and mail. He was very efficient too helping another lady as she was having issues with printing at home and others as they walked in and got them right out the door. Totally impressed I will be using this location more often.
I am wondering why they will NOT answer the phone. I have checked with other UPS store close to us and they DO answer the phone.
The guy working there named Bruce Is the best!!! Very helpful, funny, and patient with customers. They are always busy and he never rushes clients and helps them out. Go there!

Although there were good intentions, this locations employees poorly packaged my brand new $3,500 laptop and it arrived damaged. Clearly the poor packaging is the reason for the damage and this store will not acceptance of responsibility. UPS is supposed to have certified packing experts and guarantee - ALL LIES! DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH ANYTHING of VALUE.
I have had very good experiences at this UPS Store.I would use store a lot more, but they do not have a folding machine.Rachel and other employees have all ways completed my work in a timely and professional manner.
Horrible experience from the beginning to the end when my package was lost (never scanned in). I stated I wanted the sending address to be shipped from my business address and the lady input only the address on my DL. After stating I didnt want my home address as the return address she said it wouldnt. After looking at my receipt when I found out the package wasnt going to be delivered I saw my home address was the return address. Then after trying to figure out what happened to the package I get told by phone its lost and sorry. The tracking number shows a claim but I still dont have any answers. Never experience anything like this before. Very disappointing and the package that was lost was extremely important, not a gift.
I love the people here! I use this location all the time BUT......BUT the desktop for use is COMPLETELY OUT OF DATE BY 15 YEARS AT LEAST! Which makes all the legal, confidential and sensitive documents/information not secure and open to hacking and viruses because it is SO OLD AND NO LONGER SUPPORTED the operating system no longer receives security updates and is SUPER SLOW!!!! HUGE risk for users=customers!!!! Should have a user beware sign displayed next to it! Invest in a new computer!!!!!! Plz!!!!!!
I realize there are other comments about other UPS Stores having bad service. But if there were a contest between all the UPS Stores in this area, I honestly believe this one would win that award. As I stood in line, for more than 10 minutes watching the incompetence, lack of interest, minus any attempt for caring about the customers, I could not believe I had found someplace worse than a USPS store. Not once did I see a smile nor a greeting from either of the two men behind the counter and as I watched their incompetent movements (one of them even went to the wrong end of the copier 4 feet behind them looking for the output tray) I began to wonder if it was even possible for either of them to move slower than they already were. If you look up poor customer service in the dictionary, I bet there will be a picture of this UPS Store.
Horrible Rude and unprofessional. They made a mistake, I proved the mistake and he continued to argue w me as I was walking out the door. Not worth hassle. Just go somewhere else.

Poor service. Came right before close at 6:25pm. (They close at 6:30pm) The guy saw me and ran to hide in the back lol go somewhere else if you can
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Either UPS prices are OUTRAGEOUS, or the employees dont know what theyre doing. I was just charged over $14 to ship a very small package under .5 lbs. I will not return to this location.
All the employees are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store and location to anyone needing mailbox, shipping, copies and other needs.
This has got to be the Best shipping store around. Ive had to mail fragile items to New York, and got there all in one piece thanks to Shannon.
Theres always a line, only one person working, and service is slow. I only use them when I absolutely have to.

If you have an expensive computer DO NOT LET THEM PACKAGE IT and if you do make SURE you take out insurance!! I had my 3k computer packed by them and shipped and when I got it my case was cracked, my motherboard was bent, and my graphics card was broken. Thank god I got insurance on it and I’m still waiting to get reimbursed for it all. Looking at other reviews I am not the only one this has happened to!
Service was extremely slow. The two young service reps were trying hard but appeared overwhelmed. Will probably make one additional visit to see if long wait lines is customary for this location.

They are way over priced and when the employee gave me the price it was wrong so they ended up charging me even more (over $4 for a 2 oz package.).
This has to be the worst UPS Store, in their system I have a post office box there in the mail is never ready till after 6 oclock p.m. in the service sucks UPS is tarnishing its name with this independent owner.
