Recently brought in my Bike to have new wheels built up plus some minor maintenance. I can say I’m pleased with how it turned out and more than happy to endorse and use Society Cycle Works in the future for all my biking purchases and maintenance. Mason did an awesome job on the wheel builds.

Being a cannondale dealer, they took in my bike and submitted a claim to Cannondale for a warranty repair. Got the bike back, fully repaired and ready to ride like new.I dont know of any other shop that could have handled my request like them.5 stars for customer service and having such great relationship with Cannondale 👏

12 yrs ago I bought a Specialized 29er in order to rehab my total knee replacement. This bike has given me years of great service, but not without the normal wear and tear that you would expect. The bike developed shifting problems and was loose due to needed tightening and straightening of components. I came in and contacted Gabriel who provided excellent professional and friendly recommendations. After a few days I was contacted by Brandon, who serviced my bike, and advised it was done. Upon picking up the bike I received the same great customer service from Gabriel who explained what they found and fixed. I just finished my first ride and was extremely pleased with the bikes performance, it looked and performed like new! Thank you Brandon for the great service work on my bike. Society Cycle has all the bike, parts and accessories in stock to met your biking needs. But their biggest assets are their great employees!

I bought my daughter a XXS Trek Marlin 5. She loves it. I also had my old Schwinn serviced here as well. Customer service was great every time I came. I even called and emailed the shop a couple of times and service was great.

First impressions mean a lot to me especially in places I plan to spend my hard earned money on things I enjoy. All the people at Society Cycle are always there to service our bikes. My original bike shop in Houston closed, and society has done a great job in servicing our bikes. Today, I needed to replace my tires prior to traveling this summer with my bike. Timing worked, and I had new tires in an hour! I also like the sliding doors at the entryway. Its much easier to wheel in bikes😊🚲

Very professional staff that love and know what they doing. They gave me amazing bike service for free, recommended some care for my bike, and didn’t try to sell the most expensive stuff, not, just very good one. Awesome experience at a local bike shop. I recently went up to 28mm 700cc tires and have had issues with pinch flats. I took my flat on the wheel into the store, and Darrin replaced the tube in front of me, giving me tips on how to put the tires on more easily and how to avoid future pinch flats. What Darrin did was GREAT service. It was much appreciated, and I have no down time in waiting for my ride to be fixed. I will be back.

One of the best experiences in a long, long time. Called first to see if they do repairs and Chris was so friendly so brought in our two Schwinn bikes, nothing fancy (Walmart), cruisers. Mason was so kind, detail oriented and customer oriented. Fixed both brakes, balancing and more. Looking to upgrade my husbands bike for his birthday and Trevor helped us in the most patient and thorough manner to window shop, educating us along the way. In loading my bike, I inadvertently twisted the cables. Brought it back the next day and was treated with such respect (all it took was turning the wheel around -- We could have done that if we had a clue but we were clueless). Not only did the guys not once laugh at us although Had I been in their position I would have had a hard time keeping a straight face, they made us feel like, hey, no big deal, happens a lot. SOOOO nice to their clients. Smart, kind and cool. Recommending them to everyone I know that has or wants a bike.

Wow!! This is my second time visiting this store. The first time we had a pleasant experience Jennie helped us. We have been researching and learning more about the big purchase we want to make. Today we went in and Chris was very helpful and they had both of bikes we are looking for. I asked if there was some kind of deal if we were to purchase 2 bikes at the same time? I told him, you have to ask, the worst answer could be no. He went and checked with someone. We walked around the store, he saw us again and said there were still checking. We waited for about 10-12 minutes, and no one said a thing to us. We walked out and thought wow, this is the worst customer service. So sad!

I took my road bike in to get it serviced and new wraps on the handlebars. The tech looked at it and said it was great and it didn’t need a tuneup. Awesome store with great staff. Special thanks to Rey for being super patient and helping me choose a bike with the right fit. The first time I went to the store, I had already made up my mind about which road bike I wanted. Rey could’ve had the easiest sale of a super expensive bike but he helped me understand that it wasn’t the best fit. After a couple more visits to the store and hours talking, I picked a bike that fits me better. I’m about to go out for my first ride. Super excited. Ive used this bike shop for years for small purchases and bike maintenance and have always been impressed by their friendly attitude and helpfulness. I finally had the opportunity to buy a new bike so I visited Society Cycle Works and three other shops, and it became even more apparent that Id be buying from Society. What a great staff! With limited inventory these days, they were extremely helpful in letting me know whats available and currently on order. Luckily one of my top choices was scheduled for shipment in January so I put down a deposit. So easy! Cant wait for my Scott Genius to arrive!

Was on the hunt for a new road bike and came across these guys. They have the best variety of brands (gear and bikes!) and had multiple options in my size (dont know whats up with shops not having bikes for smaller people to try...) Everyone was so incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. Had to order my bike from the warehouse (on a Monday) and was told itd be about a week. Got a call Saturday that it was ready and I could pick it up AND get fitted that day.I live inside the loop so its at least a 35 min drive, but I will GLADLY do that drive anytime I need bike fixings. So stoked with how everything turned out.

I was actually going to buy a new pair at $50 or $75. The staff member found me the piece I needed for $5 after I was ready to spend the $75. Super helpful! Of course I ended up spending my money on other stuff :-)

My son rides his bike to school every day. It had a flat tire in the middle of the week. I brought it in and even though they were under construction and expanding and were super busy with high-end bikes they took the time to repair the tire so he could get back on the road. Very much appreciate them.

I am a frequent customer here. There are some kind and helpful technicians. I’ve had builds and repairs done here and they are skilled at their craft. The store buildout and atmosphere is well done. My compliments to the owner/designer for his vision. Supplies and inventories can be hit or miss as with nearly every bike shop but they strive to have/get you what you need even through custom order.

Man.....this place is great. The guys can fix anything I bring them. They expanded the store and have anything you could want for your biking journey thru this wonderful life.

Nothing but great things to say about Society Cycle Works. We Have purchased numerous bikes and accessories from Society. Friendly and knowledge staff are always eager to answer questions; and the store is well equipped with top brands and models. Very trustworthy for repairs, and have always gotten the job done right the first time. They aren’t pushy on new bike sales and are open and honest. If I didn’t live a couple miles from the shop, i would personally make the drive as needed.

Jenny, Jason and their staff are always friendly and very helpful. They have great variety bikes in their shop with competitive price. We enjoy riding a bike with the SCW group. Looking forward to always doing both business and pleasure with them.

My friend bought a bike from here and he noticed a sound coming from the rear wheel. The employee said that that is normal. He bought the bike and took it home to ride and then the back wheel made a crack sound and it stopped making him fall face flat on the concrete. All that was left was blood and bruises on his face. The person that sold the bike was a Tall Asian dude about 6’3 and has short hair and wears glasses

I was just going to drop off my bike for a few small mechanical issues on my way to work but they took care of them right away and I was out the door with my bike AND on time for work. Such great mechanics and customer service! 10/10 recommend. 😁

I recieved my TREK FX3 a week ago. So far I am thoroughly impressed with this bike. Great build quality and so light. The paint job is an amazing red. Ray was extremely patient and helpful with my initial order of the bike several months ago.I took Delivery of the bike last Friday. Grant(?) was completely professional. He help me accessorize the bike and made adjustments for a perfect fit. I am very pleased with my overall experience and will definitely come back.

I heard some good comments about society cycling from my friends. Last week, I decided to repaint my old trek road bike. I had trouble to remove the crank set and the bottom bracket. I went to the store and asked for a quote. They charged very reasonably. The workers there are the best in these years. They are just like my humble and nice neighborhood kids. I will definitely consult them and buy parts from them. Hope they will stay in my neighborhood and do well.

Came in with a severely stripped crank and they went above and beyond to get it off. I really appreciate everything they had to do to removed it. Went ahead and upgraded the bracket and crank since the old one was done for. JT took a lot of time helping me with any questions I had and the staff has been nothing else but helpful and knowledgeable, even though these guys are very busy and swamped with work, theyve taken the time to help. Great shop. I am new to cycling, especially road bikes, and I spent several hours on a number of different days to finally arrive at the right bike. Jennie took tons of time to help guide me based on my goals, body (short limbs long torso), and desired bike characteristics. I think I ended up trying 6 or 7 models on 3 different days. They were very informative and very patient, and really helped get me a good fit and a great bike. If you’re new to cycling and need help to figure out what’s right for you, this is the place to go.

Those guys are the best. Very knowledgeable in bikes. I’ve never bought a bike true to size for myself, I’m 6’2”. They schooled me how a perfect size bike will be much more comfortable and less strain on my knees. I bought the 29er. I appreciate the response from Ms. Leverett. I dropped my bike in for repairs and it took 3 weeks for me to get an estimate as to how much it will cost. Twice I called for updates and they told me theyll call me back in a couple hours each time, but never did. On my third call, they told me theyll work on an estimate. It was only a week before I got the bike back. The staff was very friendly, the repairs were excellent, but I did not like having to wait three weeks for the estimate.

I entered the store and within seconds I had someone asking do I need assistance and could they help. I know they had other things on there minds cause it looked as if they had been burgled the night before. So I appreciate the time they took to still have awesome customer service despite the night befores unfortunate incident.
