Thought my laptop charging cord broke off inside the port. Turns out it was an easy fix, just a bent pin. He was attentive and helpful, and I was in and out in less than ten minutes. A friend referred me, and Id definitely go back again.

I posted a request for a quote for laptop repair on Saturday morning. That same day their main technician repairman initiated communication upon looking at the photos I provided deemed that the laptop screen was likely salvageable. I dropped it off and within 24 hours they had the two recommendations for repair and within another 24 it was repaired. Great service and a very fast turnaround.

No communication for weeks....Then when I stated give laptop back owner decided to downgrade my I7 for a old I3 processer. He would do anything to get a buck. Scratched my laptop and refused to take responsibility. A waste of time. Do not take your electronics to this scan artist. I now have to go through more avenues to get a resolution to the problem. Owner got attitude when I caught the switch. Keep in mind he never called or let me know he switched out my I7 for I3...very sad Reported this shop.

Very professional and take ownership of their work. Replaced my battery and the speaker died. They knew because they fully tested the phone before I got it back. I was told about this place through LaShay, an employee that works here. They offer a 24 hour phone repair. Unfortunately I couldnt leave my phone for 24 hours. But they are very friendly and helpful. They also have awesome Phone cases!

Customers beware! Has had my electronics for several weeks. No call or communication. Stated he sending it to another location to get it fixed. I thought they worked from Eldridge location. I dont know who is working on my stuff or where it is if not at the location I dropped it off at.

Went in last minute to have an iPad screen fixed before my daughter had surgery on Monday. They told me they would get it done and try to get an iPhone XS screen and another iPad screen fixed by Monday. They had all 3 devices fixed in just a few hours. Gadgetx honored the quote I got online and want my business - they’ll offer discounts and try to work with your time schedule. I’d go back for any more screen issues I have.Update 12/29/20: the screen was never as responsive again after the repair and sometimes the screen will slip up as if I were scrolling, but I’m not touching it. I use my iPad significantly less now than I did before.
