Our 2013 Alpina was sandblasted by a freak sand cloud thrown up by a double tractor trailer hit one of those lost break sand pits. Everything forward facing was ruined. Jon Ramirez and his tech Sal made it look showroom ready. Top notch service end to end. Sadly I did not take before pics.

I was impressed with how easy it was to contact them and sync them with my insurance company. I was given daily updates by a wonderful young lady (I apologize for not remembering her name) on their progress and pick-up was even better. I was able to leave my rental car at the repair shop and they would pick it up. My car is just as beautiful as when I bought it 2 months ago. From now on I will park far away from others and walk. I drop off my car due to being rear ended. My whole bumper was damaged. From day 1. They were great especially Alisa. She was awesome. She stayed in contact with me for updates on the status of my car. My car bumper is great. The company did amazing job. I would highly recommend this company. I wish I could have my front bumper done.

Great service. Polite and cheerful employees that were ready to help! If you had a scheduled appointment, theyd write a quick welcome (insert name here) on their white board by the front entrance. It made me feel welcome and homey. Car was repaired beautifully. Almost like new! They even replaced a missing hubcap that I never brought up. That was awfully thoughtful. They cleaned my car, inside and out. Car was repaired in less than five days. Car rental worked very well alongside this shop too! Totally great place. Will return!

I had a big ugly dent in my bumper from somebody backing into my car. They kept me updated on everything that was happening and got it back to me so quickly! My car looks brand new and they fully detailed it. I definitely recommend Fix Auto, especially for hondas as they are certified by Honda to work on these cars! They are also partnered with USAA and there is a warranty on the repair for as long as you use USAA!

I brought myncar to Fix Auto/Rustys for insurance repairs. I was treated extremely well with advice given to safeguard myself and my family. My car was finished oong before I expected it to be and when I picked it up they had not only cleaned the outside to do their work, but the inside was also cleaned and detailed. I was extremely inpressed with the personal customer service as well as the promptness of repairs. I would recommend them to anyone I know.
