The best place to go where you actually old-school service.

I love Ace hardware you can actually get help there if youre not sure what to do as opposed to the big box stores The hires all our kids I really shouldnt say that but for the most part either the guys that really know what theyre doing are super busy or they just dont know. I would like to give a shout out to Lori Ann who is the best in town on plants thank you for sticking with home Depot

I like Ace Hardware in Suisun. It has the things I need for house improvement/ repairs, gardening, yardwork, & even for security! The staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Its location is very accessible too.

A much smaller store than Ace Vacaville...but then again Vacaville didnt have the paint I was looking for...Suisun did.

I am grateful for finding the help I needed when I was standing dazed and confused in the store. The young lady that helped me was kind and patient and got me exactly what I needed. Good customer service has not disappeared.

This is an awesome store! The staff is tremendously helpful. Betty spent a great deal of her time helping me find a particular bolt and fastener I needed to finish putting together a basketball hoop (the original was insufficient). I highly recommend these folks. They’re fantastic.

I went to Ace in Suisun. I was helped from the time I walked in. Got what I needed and a bargain on a cooler motor.

Can be a bit pricey, but they have things others dont. They are nice and helpful. They even had a guy at the door offering a squirt of hand sanitizer, which I thought was great.

Exemplary customer service every time I go here. Plenty of staff on floor who are knowledgeable, or will find a team mate who is. Has many specialty and staple items, and key making service. Well laid out and easy to navigate, unlike big box stores.

Today my house almost caught on fire because of a surge protector. The main breaker in my house blew out and I had searched multiple box stores and had just been getting frustrated with the lack of help after an already super rough day. That all changed when I called Ace! Robert answered and said he might have the breaker I needed. When I arrived he greeted me and asked if I wad the person that had called. He then led me back to get what I needed. Meanwhile I was on the verge of a meltdown and started tearing up because they had the part. He was so sweet and gave me a hug! I needed that so badly... almost as much as I needed the circuit breaker! That was the sweetest thing! Thank you Robert for going above and beyond and reaching out. I will be using this Ace hardware for all my needs from now on!

Nice shop and they had a product that I had been seeking for years! Good find! Also I prefer Ace over the big box stores for my hardware needs as most Ace employees actually know what they are doing.

LOVE this Ace Hardware. Great customer service team. Can Always find the help I need. Willing to spend as much time with me as I need. They suggest alternatives. I cant say enough good things. I originally joined their Ace Rewards in Washington state. It transferred here without a hitch. Beats Lowes & home depot for my needs.

Overall, the sites generally has what I needed. However, there was a lady with long blonde hair that yelled at me one day. I had just purchased some soil and was going to pick it up since there wasnt an employee around to help. She yelled at me for not pulling up my car into a fire zone for loading. 1. I didnt mind carrying it to my car. 2. I didnt feel comfortable parking in a fire zone where it clearly says you shouldnt park. 3. If someone had told me that they usually have someone to help load bags of soil, then I would have asked more about it.Unfortunately I saw the same lady yell at an elderly couple for the same thing about 5 minutes later.

The lady up front was so nice I was short a few dollars and they were closing. She made up the difference and didnt have too. Very nice staff but very limited Supply of wood but would rather get from their selection of wood then go to Home Depot.Right now at this moment they do put hand sanitizer on everyones hands that walk in the door so it feels comfortable with the pandemic scare we are experiencing.

Love this place. They have virtually everything. We got there with 10 minutes to spare before closing. They stayed open until we found what we needed. Very personable people. Great store.

Since when do you have to be 18 years or older to go into a public hardware store. I don’t see liquor or cigarettes being sold there. I sent my son there ( April 21, 2020 ) to get A spare key made which my mother is using my car to tend to my grandmother in Sacramento. I need my mother to have access to the property I live in. And I live on Redstone Circle right around the corner. Is this discrimination? I sent my son with money ! Just because the staff says there is a lot of theft there, DOES NOT MEAN my son is a thief ! He was going to be a PAYING customer.

CK price on home and auto keys and fobs found some good saving. People there give you personal service. One on one like in the old days.

ACE had exactly what I was looking for!

The clerks were very helpful. They loaded my potting soil. Also put a covering on the floor, so it would get dirty.

I had a $5.00 off coupon, for non sale item. When I went to pay they would not honor coupon, because the item even though not on sale was at the lowest price possible. Not sure Ill go back, not worth the hassle. Walmart has better prices.

I needed very specific bolts to fix my jeep and the guy in the bolt section was very helpful and found what i needed fast
