Went to go get my passport picture taken… did not check until arrival to passport place which they did not make it the right size? Had to wait a hour for them to open back up since I had to go back. The picture was as big as the whole passport book! People need to be trained properly here at this Walgreens…. STAY AWAY

We have lived here since late Oct- coming from the Tyler area. I have used Walgreens for years and have had no issues. For some reason we have had nothing but issues with this pharmacy. Most of the staff are nice, but trying to get refills, or requesting a usual manufacturer has been such a headache, when living in Tyler it was not a problem. My PCP does not even understand some of the issues we have had with this particular pharmacy. It might be time to consider another pharmacy?!

As a veteran I like how they thank you for your service then charge you twice what retail is on the price of a drug. This has happened more than once. First time they asked for my insurance information. I told them I did not have insurance as it have VA, I was charged $98 for a drug that should have been (and was listed on their website) as $14. This last time I told them nothing but the prescription came from the VA. I was charged twice what the retail for the drug is. Not veteran friendly at all.

Theyve really started carrying a lot more beauty products and we never have a problem finding products because they always keep it stocked. Good selection of everything from soda to beauty products. The pharmacy will hold your prescriptions for 2 weeks before putting it back, but it only takes them 15 minutes to fill it vs Walmarts 1-hour wait time.

Was staying in town for a funeral had to get a prescription field they did it quickly and without any hassle great staff here

Overly friendly staff. Fairly well stocked shelves. Clean and tidy.

Slowest pharmacy on the planet. Have given them several opportunities thinking that they might have just had a bad day but its the same every time. In sulphur springs we have other options like CVS or Walmart or brookshires. Have been waiting on pain meds for a day and a half this time. It will be a cold day in hell before I ever use them again. CVS is also about 30 percent cheaper.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever used in my 40 years as an adult. My doctor calls in a prescription and it takes them days to fill it. Then they think they have the right to change Manufacture of my prescription without anybody’s consent. Terrible pharmacist terrible

Stereotypes people and decides what medicines that they want to fill and when, based on no laws but personal feelings!

Clean store and fun to explore.

They need more people working in the pharmacy, cross train? How is there one lady and one pharmacist handling everything? If you arent going to be open until 9am then you should have enough people working so customers dont have to wait an hour for a prescription.

A bit pricey but closer to home.
