I went in today to get a screw for my orthopedic device that had fallen out.  Keith was awesome and got me a chair, found me a screw, and fixed my leg brace in the store for me all for 49 cents! Thank you so much, Keith, for your time and hospitality! I am incredibly grateful!

This is the place for all your stock and pets as well the feed prices are low and the customer service is phenomenal also any thing you need to repair any farm or ranch equipment is here too

I have to share my experience at this store today. I went there to buy a wheelbarrow. I only have a car, and i was so sure it would fit in the backseat. It wouldn’t. So, two associates, a man named, Frank, and a lady, name Lizzy, ended up taking it all apart so it would fit,telling me piece by piece,how to put it back together. And the poor lady, was actually sitting in her car,on her lunch break,and saw us struggling, and came to help. That’s way beyond duty,in my book. Which is what i always receive when i shop this store. Everyone so helpful, and store is always stocked well

Get everything you need here. Plumbing, electrical, fencing and farm supplies. I have found several things here i could not find anywhere else in Sulphur Springs. Sales staff friendly and have always been very helpful. Great selection of garden plants in the spring.

Went to purchase a plastic 5 gallon diesel can. The sticker on the shelf said $19.99, but they tried charging me $34.99 at the checkout. Upon investigation it was found that both the can and the price tag were in the correct spot, but the UPC codes didn’t match. The clerk said “someone must’ve forgot to put in a different tag with the correct price when they changed brands or something. Someone really should fix all these tags; it’s a problem all throughout the store.” They just said “sorry” and didn’t offer to give it to me for the cheaper price, which I’m pretty sure is illegal. As someone with Autism, I believe I should be charged what it says I’ll be charged on the shelf.

I love supporting local business. However, Fix & Feed sure makes it difficult for the small agriculture customer. First they took away loading round bales in truck beds without even offering a waiver to be signed. They now have a 5 square bale limit per day. Ive had to take the majority of my business elsewhere due to these restrictions.

The one stop place for home and farm/ranch repairs. For repair or new building materials. Service is so good you catch yourself hiding from the employees cause if not youll have 3, 4, or 5 employees trying to help you. Not a bad thing. Love this place.

Great place to find odds and ends

Jeremy has excellent Customer Service skills & he really cares about taking care of his customers. If you want to rent from an honest & dependable Uhaul dealer, then I highly reccomend that you choose this location. They make the process smooth & easy. Do not rent through Yantis, TX location. They completely treated us very unprofessionaly. But Jeremy came through & helped my family out.

Too much going on unless they know you; pretty much on your own then in a big store.

I went to find bolts, washers, and u-nuts for a lawn mower I am putting back together and needed parts for. I found most of what I needed and took a few other things just in case. As it is it worked out pretty good. The biggest issue was at the register. One group of young fellows were enjoying messing with a young lady that was a new employee and she was enjoying the attention. She was oblivious of the line continuing to grow. Finally the other young lady working with her opened the other register and took care of several of us after a customer walked out to go to another store to get what he wanted. It wont keep me away...I like to shop there. Its just no fun to have to stand in line for 10 minutes to check out.

Reminds me of the Gibson’s stores from long ago. They have quite a variety of things. Mainly I come here to buy hardware items.My only complaint is that they don’t have stacks of crisp $100 dollar bills on the shelves to give away. Come to think of it, no other stores give away cash either. Darnit!! 😁😁

I like the fact that they do give a veterans discount, unlike Atwoods and tractor supply. I do wish they would put prices on their outdoor stock. Other than that, they have most everything you need, feed, tools, building supplies etc.

Great place to grab anything you need for projects/home repair. Good selection and competitive pricing. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. We had to rent a UHaul trailer from them recently and one of their service managers came out and even hitched it up for us, very on-it people.I do however find it a bit odd and counterintuitive they have an Anti-2A policy on their grounds. A hardware store in Northeast Texas is probably the last place on Earth Id expect to not be allowed to protect myself, and I noticed its company wide (their Commerce and Bonham stores have similar 2A restrictions posted) If not for that oddity this would rate 5 stars.

Great customer service great low prices

Lots of merchandise and they are cheaper on some things like lumber. I bought a bracket for a 500 gallon spray tank and they had it in their computer system to not allow farm use deduction. Not sure whose fault that is and I will continue to buy a lot of stuff from them.
