Receptionist couldnt find my insurance plan and then just decided to tell me that they couldnt assist me because there must be something wrong with my plan. Been to plenty of doctors who have no problem locating and using my insurance. Then says I must be out of network, even though she just claimed she could not find it through my member Id and told me I must pay out of pocket; when I have insurance that covers a eye exam and glasses! What a joke, taking my business elsewhere and i suggest you do the same!

Micky was extremely rude. When trying to get a scratch resistant lens replaced because of a scratch on the upper part of the lens, Micky told us that its not in the line of vision because you shouldnt look up with your eyes but with your whole head instead. Wow, if a scratch is on the lens it is in your field is vision. You move your eyes to look around and you use all parts of the lens to look through when doing so. I asked them why they didnt make lenses the size of quarters then because by her definition that is what she calls field is vision and she responded I can order your some that size. She then started mouthing at us to her co worker as we left the store. I walked back in to ask what she said. She said I was looking at you but talking to her. Extremely unprofessional.

Had a very nice experience they were very welcoming and helpful they went out of their way to help me with my baby while I did my appointment and got my glasses picked out and ordered and they helped find some that fit my face will definitely be going here again!

The doctor there does not take any insurances at all, its all out of pocket. The lady i spoke with did not seem interested in helping me at all.

The receptionist is a B****. Stay away. Give someone else your business
