I had called the day prior and they got back to me in hours, they gave me a reasonable price quote, and even finished sooner than expected after I dropped my phone off! They even have a warranty on the part they replace so if anything happens boom its cover! Theyll refix for free no problems at all!They’re also incredibly friendly and happy to answer questions!

Im notorious for breaking my phone...and since the first time I walked into the store to now they have always been very professional. They may have to order the parts that are needed to make the repairs but it is always done i n a very timely fashon...friendly and courteous thats how I see them

I had called a few days ahead before making a trip to this location to explain what repairs I needed. When I arrived there the lady told me I had never spoken to anyone there before and told me she couldnt help me. She was rude. Maybe she was having a bad day but anyways i found another place that solved my problem. Hope everyone else has a better experience than i did.

Today I dropped my new Samsung Galaxy S8+ the whole back of the phone smashed and I didn’t know what to do! I pass this place every day and was really unsure about going in as I thought it would be too expensive and just a waste of time. I was pleasantly surprised! It was nice, clean; it smelt nice and had great music playing. I was greeted by a really friendly guy named Donovan. He was happy and very helpful. I was so impressed by the whole experience. I am really happy that I took the time to go in and keep an open mind about it. I will be going back for my phone accessories and for help with any future phone problems. These guys are very professional. They only made one dirty joke the whole time I was there, and it wasnt even that funny so you know that they are pretty nerdy. Id be willing to guess that these guys are virgins, but its hard to tell. They fixed my phone in under thirty minutes and it works exceptionally well. Ill definitely go back in the future for any cellphones issues.

After posting my negative review, an employee responded to me the next day and I was told to come in to see what they can do. I haven’t yet but it’s the principle what they are doing to help. Overall, this place has amazing service even through all the trouble I’ve been in with them. Hopefully the manager can pull through this time. I definitely recommend checking this place out. It seems as if out of the few years they’ve been here, I’ve been the only one with a bad experience but I appreciate that they are willing to go the extra mile to compensate for the trouble I’ve been put in.

DO NOT USE CPR Cell Phone Repair in Sulphur. They do not honor their warranty and messed up my phone worse than it was. I brought my phone in to this place to fix a cracked screen. Since they repaired the screen I am unable to use my camera without the phone completely shutting down. I can’t make any phone calls without it switching to FaceTime automatically, muting calls, calls switching to speaker, numbers automatically being pressed, etc. I was told the prox sensor must have been clipped at the time of repair. I called and spoke to their store more than once and was advised to bring it back. I brought it back in this past Saturday and now my home button is broke which it was working at the time I dropped it off. None of the other issues were resolved and the owner/manager refuses to honor the warranty and repair the mistakes they made wanting to charge me for their mistakes.I no longer have a functioning home button, the phone takes 15 minutes or longer to turn on, still no functioning camera, and issues with calls and texting.I am unable to file an insurance claim on my phone because I used this place as an alternative to repair the phone. My cell phone service provider tells me that my cell phone insurance is voided because I chose this route for repair because it was cheaper than paying the $275 deductible.I would advise anyone against using them unless they want a broke phone and to have to pay more than was needed.And I will be contacting the better business bureau.

It was great! The man, Donovan, (sorry if I misspelled), in the front was super nice and was fantastic with explaining what was going on with my phone. 10/10 recommend going there.

Took my phone in changed battery broke my back door putting battery in which is made of bamboo used for for a week put up . Pulled it back out gonna use it will not turn on battery dead as door nail will not take a charge. informed me they dont warranty batteries on android phones. they whole point of having someone else do it was so it would be done right and cover. lesson learned I ll fix my own phone now on if they wont warranty their work.

I brought my iPhone 6s Plus in because the slide to power off screen kept randomly showing up. The power button on the phone seemed to be very sensitive. This problem arose after I bought a very tight Spek case. I took the Spek case off and the problem continued to occur for months. I spoke with Donovan at In and Out Smart Repair in Sulphur. He was very friendly and the store was clean and organized. I left my phone there and he had it fixed within a couple hours.

In & Out Smart Repair did a great job repairing my daughters iPad Air2. They knew what they were doing and there prices are very reasonable. We are very pleased with the service.
