Ordered my door is September, they didn’t communicate with me unless i called for updates. Called back in January to get a status of installation, they said they had a door in but not the kind i ordered. I asked how much longer for my particular door, they said up to 5 more weeks. So i settled for whatever door they had. They came install the incorrect door the next day. Poor service. Would not use them again

Excellent service for quality work at a reasonable price. Ive used them twice for a new garage door and then a new door opener. Their guys are good, and know what theyre doing. The office staff are professional and easy to reach. I plan on keeping them as my go-to garage door service company for the future. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Overhead Door! I called Thursday and they were out here on Monday morning to install a motor on our shop door. The price quoted was what they charged. They are honest and reliable.After having a bad experience with another company in the area lying about coming for 3 weeks and telling me they were going to charge double the original quoted price, I will only use Overhead Door from now on.

I couldnt have asked for better service. The operations guy was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in getting me what I needed. I will be back!

Horrible customer service

Professional service. All persons involved in the replacement of our garage/shop door were extremely helpful and quick to take care of our needs resulting in a job well done!

Arrived on time and installed replacement mechanism quickly. No real problems although chain bounces on rail noisily on lowering door.

The worse! I called them last week on Wednesday (11/18/15) I am still waiting for them to arrive, they dont even call. The receptionist has the ugliest attitude. Dont recommend it, is they work as promptly as they get the job... Go figure.

Have been using this company for 30+ years...never again. After 100 deposit on opener installer refused to install until paid in full. Also insisted we sign a form stating work was done before he started.He said they got burnt too many times by customers.
