Let me just start out by saying April is the sweetest and one of the most hard working woman you’ll meet. Every time I had a question she was professional and responded as such. The decor was beautiful and this team makes it so easy. All you have to do is bring food and drink and you’re just about set. I will for sure be using her service again. Love love love what they’re doing!!
Paid for rental in full more than 6 months before wedding. After prices had changed a few times in prior conversations. Her energy shifted once I said we were not going to hire her to decorate and all conversations following were short. She also kept saying I hadnt paid and I had to keep reiterating that we paid very early on. The week of my wedding I received a message stating that her vendor that I was totally unaware of had not contacted her on when my throne rental would arrive and I would have to go with a much cheaper throne for the same cost or request a refund that wouldnt post for over a week. My dream wedding look was ruined!!!

April delivered more than I could imaging for my baby shower. It was so pretty and I got many many praises on the work her and her team did. She is very precessional and pays attention to details and makes sure you get the look for have in mind.
She is so amazing I see these horrible comments about her business which is very untrue. Shes a very professional woman and shes one of my best decoraters that I come to for all the parties I have. You shouldnt post bad reviews because you dont have the money. Please read your contracts before bashing her on false things. She and her employees work at a good pace and she truly did give us a memory of a life time, its just so wonderful. Keep doing you Mrs.Manigault. Looking forward to booking you again!!!💕💕
Very unprofessional.. I had to cancel my baby shower booked for January due to unfortunate circumstances and I did so within her 30 day limit policy. It took her a week to even cancel the invoice or get me a refund, which was suppose to be of half of my $240 deposit. I didn’t get 50% back she sent $100 back which is not 50% of $240.75. She wouldn’t reply to my emails until I finally went out of my way and called her and then the next day is when I received $100 back and got a cancellation email. So unprofessional. Save your money and take your business elsewhere.

Very unprofessional. Unless you plan on doing all the work and trying to reach out to this business I wouldn’t recommend her to a soul. Very heartless during such a uncertain time that EVERYONE is going through. If you send her an email BE SURE to go out of your way to call HER because if you don’t I came promise she will never call you about HER business. All BOB aren’t good BOB. Additionally she threatened to contact a lawyer about my honest review of a janky business. Also about me contacting her extremely professionally on her PUBLIC business phone number calling that “harassment”. There’s no case there. Like I said I do NOT recommend this business to a soul. A deposit was paid August 8th which last I checked today is August 25th and August 8th is NOT 6 weeks ago. 40% of the bill was paid August 8TH... the following week we could not get an additional $500 to her being as though we retained her 3 WEEKS before the weekend, and showed her clear legitimate receipts of us reaching out for an extension due to pay being delayed because of Covid..... got no response from her. Her response was an invoice. yes, That was her form of communication to a customer. Then decided to finally pick up the phone THE DAY SHE PLANNED TO CANCEL stating her drivers needed payment by 12pm THAT DAY. Could that call not have been given well before the day of cancellation instead of communicating via invoice? Yes it could have. Additionally she blamed us for her email account not receiving an email, which we have no control over. Also because SHE was being rude, she was hung up on.... and I guess that was “rude” of us. It takes respect to get respect. You want to be rude, you can communicate to a dial tone. Simple. Also this high horse of honor she’s riding about a “discount” was $91 off of $1,000. LolReviews on public forums are 100% acceptable. Check out the First Amendment, Anti-SLAPP Laws, as well as the Consumer Review Fairness Act. I’ll be checking my mailbox daily for court documents though.Also her reviews keep changing as she just stated the first payment was given 6 weeks ago and again receipts were shown to her proving to her that was absolutely false, August 8th wasn’t 6 weeks ago. and I’m glad I got a screen of her response for proof she’s changing up her reviews up here to try to save face. Additionally it doesn’t matter if you were reached out to 6 year ago or 6 weeks about an inquiry, like the thrown together “contract” that she think so highly of states, no date is booked until she receives a deposit. FURTHERING my point...... AUGUST 8th is when you were given a payment THEREFORE August 8th is when my contract started....isn’t that YOURRRR policy??? As I stated she is extremely unprofessional, hence arguing with me via public forum about MY OPINION shows just that. Also threatening a harassment lawsuit but responding back and forth trying to argue with me via text through someone else. I have nothing more to say, this business is a joke and God doesn’t like ugly. The people have been warned, you can continue to try to “save face” up here though. Be blessed. VERY UNPROFESSIONALif it was 0 stars thats what I would rate her she is very unprofessional and disrespectful she speaks to her customers any kind of way and she is one of the main reason no one like to support black on business I would never recommend her to anyone not even my worst enemy please do yourself a favor and find another rental company dont waist your money or time especially your money because you wont get a dime back of your money once she cancels your invoice due to her lack of communication!
