We recently had a new build (2017) and was very pleased with the service and items we bought from Ferguson Enterprises in Summerville. The manager was very helpful in matching what we wanted with what they offered. Very good customer service and follow up. Would definitely use them again and refer our friends to this location.

Great Staff, great selection, great prices! We are building a new home and the manger (Taylor) took time with me and explained, helped with everything we needed - AND they even deliver!! Would recommend to anyone - way better then the big box stores!

Fergusons advertise on their website that they were open on Saturday. So I drove 11 miles to their location to to pick up the part that I needed. However theyre not actually open on Saturday. My suggestion is either change your website or be there when you say youre going to be there. I wont be back, youve wasted enough of my time, there are many (reliable) supply houses available in the area.

I went in with questions about a French Drain system and the guys were very friendly and helpful.

I had a shower knob that stripped out and I was looking at replacing all the knobs. Guy at Lowes recommended Fergusons. I took the stripped knob in and immediately I could tell that me even being in their store was a huge inconvenience to the person I was talking to. He wasnt helpful at all, wouldnt point me in the right direction or offer anything other then I cant help you. Customer service is obviously not important to Fergusons and Ill make sure I avoid them in the future.

After my most recent visit, I realized that Ive had a terrible experience every time Ive come here, which prompted this review. For some reason, the standard train of thought must be that every customer is a moron. I base that off of the puzzling looks and short, sarcastic, or rude responses I get from the beginning of the conversation. Based on other reviews, it seems Im not the only one.

They were closed at 4:39pm on a Wednesday.
