Had a crown molding project for Friday morning at 8am. Was told the materials would be delivered Wednesday so paint could be applied before the start of the project. Delivery guy called Thursday and said it would be there Friday morning between 7-8am. At 9:15 the delivery guy shows up in his personal vehicle and drops off the molding. Then after the project was done another delivery guy comes and brings another shipment after the project was completed. Halted the project over 2 hours from the start time and was 3 days late on the delivery. Very poor quality customer service and unprofessional as a whole.

I guess they dont like money. They say they are open until a certain time. I get there a half hour before the posted closing time, cars are in the parking lot but doors are locked and no one will answer the phone.

Great store. If your delivering you can park on the street out front or there is a Flying J on Jedburg about 3 miles away. Great fork truck drivers usually in and out quick. If you have a truck in front untarp on street and leave one strap per lift. Every now and then some moron have plenty time to untarp on street.. well you know the deal. Like if this was helpful.Thznks!

Went in close to closing, needed quarter round,but could not fit 16 feet pieces in my truck,Taylor asked the awesome young man out back if he would cut them in half for me,he did gladly,Im sorry I dontcremembercthis mans name,but this is what customer service is all about,even have military discount ! Unlike most 84s youve stepped foot in - this location has it all.Excellent prices on interior trim (both FJ & MDF) - they stock baseboard, casing, crown, shoe, & chair rail, as well as 1x spruce, poplar, western red cedar, and more.

There is no shortage of people to help you at this location. A special thanks goes to Taylor who was very helpful when I was in a tight position and needed 16 feet lengths of cedar siding. Hardly ever have I not found at this location what I was looking for.(One year later); I showed up looking for more beveled cedar siding and they had it in stock. This may sound like no big deal, but you can hardly find it anywhere else. I dont shop anywhere but 84. The lumber is far more superior than the wet and warped stuff you find everywhere else, and I have always found the employees to be knowledgeable and helpful.J. Calcutt
