I love my floors! Melanie is a great asset when you are trying to pick floors. The installation was seamless and very efficient!

We HIGHLY recommend the Carpet Shop!!! We have always worked with Melanie, she is FANTASTIC!! However, EVERYONE there is warm, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.The installers are very neat. They are friendly and, most importantly, they do excellent work. They cleaned up really well after the installation too.

We called the carpet shop looking for someone to do some repairs including a stretch and a few patches. The carpet shop informed us they dont do repairs but recommended one of their employees that does repair work on the side.He and a co-worker/friend were able to come out same day of scheduling. The coworker patched 2 door frame areas upstairs and did a phenomenal job. Mark had 3 small patches and did a stretch in a hall entry way. He told us the stretch would most likely loosen up and that if he needed to come back out to restretch it, he would, no problem.The 3 small patches were just a few inches big each. The first patch he did turned out great. The 2 other patches look like he rushed through. The glue is curled up around the edges so you can see the paper backing. They arent flat and instead of gluing the patch and surrounding carpet it looks like he only put it on the patch alone and therefore they are lifting up. When he left, he told us not to vacuum it for a few hours so it would dry and seal. We waited until the next day but prior to vacuuming we saw that the 2 patches were not properly done. We messaged him the day after repairs. After 4 weeks of no shows, canceling and many excuses he has yet to make it right.We paid these guys $200 cash which we thought was a bit steep since we provided the carpet but we were willing since we have military orders to transfer and we are trying to fix some damages our dog caused to the carpet for our landlord. Now, with days left, we have to scramble and pay someone else to come and fix the work.The reason Im leaving this review here is because this company referred him and hes their employee. They came in company shirts and referenced the company when messaging us to schedule the repairs and therefore represented the carpet shop company. Be careful when using this companys referrals for repairs.

Not helpful with designing process. Service charge of 80 dollars was not informed until after purchasing tile. Tile was purchased and looked horrible next to existing tile. So of course they wont take it back. Also took over a week to get the tile poor communication on their part. Will never go back here.

Drew and his team just finished installing new flooring at Jackson Davenport Vision Center and they were absolutely fantastic to work with. The attention to detail and being able to accommodate the install over a long holiday weekend ensured we were open for business as usual Monday morning. I would highly recommend them

Cindy and the Carpet Shop went above and beyond in assisting me despite knowing that I would not be a customer of theirs due to being in a different part of the country. Our 6-years-new condominium was recently flooded, and in looking through the originals owner manual to determine what carpet style we needed to replace, we only had a set of color codes and a swatch from Shaw. The Carpet Shop came up in a google search for the color codes, and after contacting their Shaw rep, were able to confirm the previous style carpet we had, and come up with the current comparable match in their line. If the person responsible for our flood wasnt picking up the tab, I would have been looking for a way to pay The Carpet Shop long-distance for all their great help. Thank you so much!

I had Cortec Hardwood flooring installed. Workmanship was great. Crew paid close attention to work details (cutting moulding ect.) They removed trash after job was completed.

Unless you planning on paying $2500 dont call they wouldnt even quote me one room. They came to measure and was kicking anything in their way. They were very rude

They dont deserve one star. They came to our house to give us a quote and told us they would email my husband a quote and we never received it. Very poor business etiquette. I will never recommend this company to anyone!!!!
