Had a wonderful experience picking up my edible arrangement here today. Staff was super nice and welcoming. The fruit used in the arrangement was delicious. They didnt have the Ballon I ordered but the Ballon they did use for my arrangement was even better!! I will be shopping here again. The employees went above and beyond. Superb!!!

Terrible service as I called around 12pm to place an order. I was told they close at 5pm today and my order would be ready shortly. I left work early and drove for an hour to get to the store before closing. I arrived at 4:34pm to a locked door. I tried calling several times with no answer up until 4:50pm. The sign on the door and online says closes at 5:00pm. Ridiculous and waste of my time and gas. Will not be doing business here again.

A little pricey but the product is very very good I would recommend anybody to get one

Edible Arrangements on South Main Street in Summerville is a great place to go for all things fruit and sweet gift packages. I really like how easy they make everything to get for those on your gift list. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you get everything you need.

Many places will give great service before you make a purchase, just as this location consistently does but they went above and beyond and provided me great service after the sale also. They made my delivery happen on the same day despite it being late in the day and despite having to revise the delivery location.

I had to miss my oldest sons birthday in Charleston to be with my mom at the hospital in GA. So I hoped that this company could get a last minute gift out, approximately 2 hrs before closing. The lady on the phone was an absolute angel. She listened well and truly cared. Thank you so much for making it happen for me.

Received a beautiful assortment of chocolate dipped strawberries and bananas as a thank you gift. The delivery came to my office with storage instructions from the delivery person. The fruit was fresh and tasty! It was definitely a welcomed surprise.

Just received a call from Summerville EA (I live in CT) about an order I placed. They were unable to fill order with what I ordered due to shipping delays. The woman on the phone was probably one of the sweetest, most pleasant person I have ever encountered. We chatted about what substitution options were available and she was just so kind and pleasant. The perfect situation arose for me to use Edible arrangements. Never used in the past until recently my Aunt got sick hospitalized and was on a restricted Diet. So Instead of getting her a card or flowers this was perfect. Got to give a gift and at same time nourish her body.

My son, who is recovering from hip surgery, received a beautiful arrangement from his place of work. It was a pleasant surprise. He offered me one of the fruits on a stick that I was eyeing anyway, until I bit into the strawberry, OMG, so sour...then I tried the green melon and it had the taste of one going bad. I didnt say anything to my son because it was truly the thought that counts, but Edible Arrangements need to check the fruits that they send out. So 3 stars for the look of the arrangement.

Do not order around holiday. My boyfriend spent $318.00 on 2 arrangements. Mine was wrong. The manger Becky is completely rude. They have no customer service skills. Be careful on what you order, and dont pay in cash, because you wont get your money or a new arrangement back.I wish I could post a picture so you compare my arrangement to what they show you. Plus it was are first time ordering and our last. So disappointed.

Really disappointed that there was no where online to put in time you need item delivered by. Under delivery instructions it clearly states not to put a delivery time in this area. Called this morning to find out an estimate of what time it might be delivered and was very bluntly told by Rebecca that they cannot give me a time, it is put on a delivery truck that plans their route and they cant be going here and there and everywhere. It will be somewhere between 11 and 4 (verbatim). Was really taken aback with her bluntness. Maybe next time will order flowers from a local florist instead, that WILL work with me on delivery time. 1 star because of the rudeness.

Will never go back. Ordered a Christmas bouquet $96.00. The only thing that resembled the photo on-line was the snowman container. Mostly just wedges of melons. The fruit was 50% hard and ended up in the trash.
