This was my 2nd time here and I have really enjoyed my experiences. They have an awesome and diverse selection of high end cigars. I was thrilled to see they dont just carry the legacy brands, but also great boutique brands. If your an avid or frequent cigar smoker or just a special occasion kind of smoker, this shop will cover all your needs. Glenda was very helpful as well and knew the information on everything I purchased.

This place is great for a cooldown after work. Its quiet and comfortable with a great selection of cigars. Dont be afraid if you are new to cigars either. I walked in and let them know that I was relatively new and they definitely got me squared away. I will absolutely be back.

Great selection of Cigars! She is knowledgeable about all of the products she carries. We had a wonderful evening at the cigar pairing last night. We both enjoyed the new Gurkha San Miguel. She knew exactly what to pair it with. We loved the atmosphere with all of her regulars in the lounge area. Very friendly place.

Always a pleasure to come here!! They have a very lovely cigar lounge with alcoholic beverages and you can enjoy your cigar indoors without having to be out in the elements. Conversation is always good and the employees are very interesting to speak with. I came in today and there was an older gentleman working that day and he was the friendliest nicest man around and so nice to sit and enjoy a cigar and a chat. Beer is kept ice cold too.

Havana Cigar Lounge has become my weekly hangout. It’s got such a sweet stockpile of cigars and a very knowledgeable staff to help you make your selection. I especially enjoy smoking there at the lounge because of the relaxed atmosphere they provide. I will usually get a beer with my cigar and unwind after a long workweek. I already feel apart of the family.

Some of the best service Ive ever had in my whole life we got there late they were going to close instead they opened up for us come in and get what we needed lady was so polite and understand plus their cigar room is massive and if they dont have what you mean they will order it

A welcoming environment with a large selection of cigars unlike some shops. A private lounge to relax and enjoy conversation without being scrutinized later behind your back..like other shops. The clientele is diverse and appreciate one another. ..not like other shops. Overall, the best shop, great selection and prices and everyone is made to feel at home. The owners are not rude or distracted by playing video games and drinking bourbon all day. They care about their business and customers. Televisions, sports, news and relaxation. Your first choice if you are new!

This is absolutely one of my favorite places to hang out and relax. Walk-in humidor with a diverse selection and fair pricing. The staff is always attentive and well able to recommend different sticks within your flavor preference. You will feel welcomed when you walk in, comfortable while you are there, and sorry when you have to leave! Great local shop that deserves and will appreciate your business!

Went in to get wedding gifts for my groomsmen, our preacher, and a few other people. I explained my budget and cigar experience and was given the full presentation. They have a huge humidor room with all kinds of cigars. I found what I needed within 15 minutes and they even threw in matches and a cutter. Thats how a company earns repeat business and a good review.

Wandered in for the first time tonight. This shop has an amazing selection of cigars, so much so that I had a hard time choosing between many cigars that are regular smokes for me. Glenda, the owner, is personable and extremely knowledgeable; she was able to judge from the selections that I made and reccomended a new stick for me to try tonight, and her suggestion was absolutley spot on. The cigar fit my go to flavor profile to a T. The price points are right where they need to be, and they offer a selection of both non-alcoholic beverages as well as beer and wine. This is going to be my new getaway spot!

Pricing is on the higher end but expected in a bm. Selection was average to slightly below average, had hoped for more selection. Owner was very nice but she did not have a sizeable knowledge about her brands smoking characteristics to guide me. Clean place, not smokey. Didnt see a thermometer or hygrometer in the humidor, but I could have easily missed those. Overall I would say it is an average shop, but nothing to drive from another town for.

I never have been in a better cigar store, and ive been in plenty, all over the east coast, from florida to canada, this one takes the cake, and the icing ! LOLi stumbled across the place when i was in ladson working, and am mighty glad i did . the place is well stocked, had my FAVORITE cigars, not everyone does (CAO Flathead Big Bock 7-70 )the staff was so friendly and helpful, i felt like id been going there all my life . they even stayed open past time when i called and told them id missed my turn ( it was right at closing ) i got my smokes, and went back every time i ran low, until i left the area, and i grabbed some for the road .id give them 10 cigars on my good smokometer, theyre FANTASTIC !!!

Dropped by today for the first time. It is a little off the beaten path but that shouldnt be a reason to avoid the shop. They have very decent prices - I bought a house mix of pipe tobacco for around five bucks and two boxes of 50g hookah tobacco (shisha) for five bucks each, as well as a 32-count pipe cleaner packet. Walked out paying $20 w/ tax. The lounge area is nice and well kept, and they even have patio chairs out front. They have a decent selection of cigars, but I would say prices on those are just average. The lady working the counter was helpful and nice. So yeah, its not a super convenient location for me, but the trip is worth it to support a good local business (and to not pay shipping on internet orders!!!).
