So Im a big Halloween person. Its my Christmas. I do get picky when it comes to my decorations. Halloween Express is the store I would go to if I just need something quick, ergo the express part of the name. The quality of the items is a bit lower than the competition (Spirit). There are very few animatronics, but the ones that they have are decent.The masks are just okay, but look cheap when up close. This is the second year in the same place. Its the same issue of being a very cramped location, which causes a problem when there are lots of customers.

Halloween is here, which means Halloween express is back. The store was well stocked, but it was a lot of inventory in a smaller building. We went looking for decorations, but the didnt have much in that department. If you are looking for a large supply of costumes and masks, it is a good choice.

I was looking for a skeleton to put in my front passenger seat as well as a lighted (battery) string of lights to put on my car roof, unfortunately I struck out on those. I bought a skeleton cat form with movable head which I plant on attaching to the hood of my car, some Open/Closed signs of a spooky nature. I have one on my rear car window OPEN for Victims.

So expensive! It reminds me why I need to purchase on amazon vs this store which is super over the too overpriced for something that looks like they got off of wish!The experience was not a friendly one it was looking and searching all over for this custom that in the end we found in the men’s section🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ who’s in charge of these stores? Get some customer service please before you make things so expensive for one day!The one thing they had going for them was organization as far as finding masks and hair wigs other than that good luck finding anything. Next year it’s amazon for me and my family!

Super crowded! Store has a lot of stuff from inexpensive to expensive. Tons of costumes and other trinkets like masks and spider webs to hang. Store workers were very helpful and were walking around to help you if needed.

A fun Halloween store, the animatronics are placed up high so no one can ruin them, which is an excellent idea that other Halloween retail stores should consider!!!

We went there for the first time the other day. Its a cool store to walk through. They have a ton of costumes! The reason for the 3 stars, and not more are because of a few things.1- The costumes I feel are very over priced.I can get sexy costumes on Amazon for cheaper that even look better.2- I feel like they didnt have that good of a selection. Yes, they had a lot of costumes. But.. I felt as if there wasnt enough good ones. They all felt kinda plain and boring.3- The music made you feel like you were a ghost and the staff seemed like they were about to become a ghost.I will give them credit for the awesome props they had up! The Annabelle, and the kids at the fair/park was pretty dang cool! Also the decor walking in/out was prerry awesome!I might walk through it once a year, but I wouldnt buy a costume from there.

This place is amazing! It has all you need to scare the heck out of anyone who loves Halloween fun time. Any size and price is quite good!

Came here to see what kind of Halloween costumes were available and there were plenty. I enjoyed the entrance display and liked that the inventory wasnt overpriced. They pretty much had any kind of costume you could think of.

Prices are a little on the high side, but we love to come in and look around. The employees are very nice and helpful. I will continue to come every year.

The woman that helped us was absolutely amazing. She went way above and beyond to help my daughter pick out her costume and made such an impression on my daughter that my daughter gave her a hug before she left. Great customer service.

Always so helpful, they have everything. Prices are a little higher than online, but its worth it for the service. You can also try on your costume right there. Very helpful staff.
