Install team gets 5 Stars. Once they arrived took less than an hour. Only issue was not getting the sink we wanted. Contract signed was for double sink with stock number 516322 and we received a single sink with stock number 442556. Looking online there is about a 300 dollar difference, but was told by RDH that there was no price difference. We could have waited 2 weeks for new sink to come in so they could finish install, and they were going to take current sink installed and leave us with no kitchen for 2 weeks. Lesson learned, verify your components prior to install.

I bought a granite counter top for a bathroom vanity from Real Deal. There was a large selection for me to choose from. The service was outstanding. Raphael walked us through the whole process. The price was fair and it only took three days to get our product. Great job! I would highly recommend Real Deal.

They were very nice and have lots of different types of granite. In the end though, i went with another company because i found a material that i liked. I wanted something very light colored and bought quartz clarion at the other place.

Countertops look great. Picking out the material was pleasant enough. They had alot of patience as my daughter mulled the wide inventory of options. Install team was very professional and completed the work per the agreed schedule. Estimating process was a bit confusing - e.g. were told we were buying the whole slab but then when the field measurements were done the price went up about 10% because of differences between actual and estimated. Guess it was due to more cutting? Not complaining, just saying it was puzzling. To their credit, they advised me of this before work started, so I was informed well. They were also kind enough to save the sink cutout for us. My daughter is a professional photographer and wanted it to use as a backdrop. She loves it. Overall, would definitely recommend Real Deal Countertops.

Customer Service lacked as though we were disturbing him . Told us he didn’t have piece right size and then we asked could we look in yard ... we found one and want to charge us a fortune for the chopped up piece .1130$ to replace the one they installed with the big black spot.

Not real happy! Would not put trim back and would not reinstall bathroom mirror. The carbels they installed were to big and looked real bad. Paid over $8000 and told the rest was up to me. We were never told this and that is why they ask for all the money up front. You have no recourse. Not happy with the finish job!

Great products at a very competitive price. I would purchase from them again. Super professional installers but they did things a little different than we would have. I encourage you to ask questions, especially if your walls are not square or you are not a plumber. We didnt know our faucets needed mount extensions because of the thickness of the rock, so we went without water hookups for several days while we ordered the required plumbing. Im also still waiting in a receipt (about a month and 4-5 requests) for my home improvement file. Keep selling good products and work on customer communication.

They really are the Real Deal! After deciding to redo our kitchen we spent weeks looking for granite that was beautiful but also different from most standard looks. We went to RDH one morning and ended up with many unique slabs to choose from. 2 weeks later and we have gorgeous new counter tops! The whole process was easy and every person we came in contact with at RDH was helpful and easy to work with. They even let me come over and design the exact layout of our granite. The install team was great too, very professional and patient with all my questions.I dont think you could find a better place work with!!

Where to begin with this excuse for a company...Recently an older (geriatric in age) relative of mine requested a quote for some counter tops after hearing of a sale they were having, something like 20% off. However a few months prior, they also requested a quote for the exact counter tops, same material, same dimensions same everything, when there was not a sale going on.Upon comparing the two quotes, the sale quote was more expensive. How can that be? Turns out on the sales quote, they added a bunch of extra charges, fees, and even a fee for cutting the granite itself! None of which were on the first sales quote, the non sales quote.It was your classic bait and switch. The only thing they had for sale with that discount was a flat out lie! What a disgrace for a company to try to pull something like that over an old man. Do not deal with these people they are dishonest!

My experience with this company was smooth and seamless. From the day I went to pick out my countertop to the install, I had no problems. They are very affordable. I found them MUCH more affordable than Lowe’s and Home Depot and easier to work with than both of these stores also. I love my countertops. I highly recommend Real Deal Countertops!

The entire process was very thorough and timely. The measurements were made with state of the art equipment. The installers were professional, polite and returned everything to order, quickly.

I recently had a new home construction with a lot of countertops and found Real Deal to be very competitive in price. But the biggest difference has to be their customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure that my installation was the best possible. Matt and his crew are the best and I highly recommend them!

We ultimately used Home Depot and Stone Interiors to perform the identical job...for half the price quoted by Real Deal Countertops using the identical quartz product. I am sure that their quality is fine...but be careful of the pricing!

Complain about a seam on the counter and was told by Ray that was normal. I disagreed. I told him that the counter that was put in my townhouse about 8 months ago looks better and it was put in by this same company. I am not a happy camper. I will never use this company again.

We recently built a house in Summerville, with Crescent Homes. All of the granite in our home was supplied by Real Deal. We visited their shop many times, to choose slabs of granite for our kitchen and two bathrooms. The slabs provided were beautiful, and the finishing and polishing work was great.We emailed both Crescent, and Real Deal, 3 or 4 times, requesting that no backsplash be installed anywhere in our house. However, Real Deal installed backsplashes in both bathrooms, in spite of our instructions. We asked that those backsplashes be removed, as we had tile we intended to install. The master bath backsplash was removed without a problem, but the upstairs bathroom granite was damaged during the removal of the backsplash. The caulk or adhesive was obviously removed with a knife or blade, as there is a deep gouge the whole length of the countertop, edge to edge. In addition, there is pitting, where a tool used to pry off the backsplash left holes and divots in the surface of the stone.Real Deal needs to either replace or repair this countertop. We have called and emailed them about this problem numerous times, and Real Deal has, so far, refused to fix the problem.Having damaged granite in a brand new house is very disappointing, as is the customer service response from Real Deal.

Very competitive from a price standpoint and helpful while in the store. During installation, a piece of stone broke which stunk, but they were very apologetic and turned things around very quickly to rectify the situation. Would do business with Real Deal again.

Brought our new home from Crescent homes earlier this year and the third upstairs bathroom only had a Pedestal sink while our kitchen and other bathrooms had beautiful quartz.So now we added a microwave cabinet and need a small piece of countertop to cover the cabinet.RDC no longer installs Vico stone and sells another brand that is more common like Silstone.As normal I called and nobody called back. Reason was that they didnt sell what we needed.We went by the store and were able to find a remnant that could work.As they are aware that we really need them to match our other countertops they quoted $300 a square foot.$1800 for a piece that is 36 inches wide!I am disgusted for the extortion as they know that there are no current installers that have this remnant.I paid over $1100 for a bathroom installation which was smaller so paying over $300 a square foot is criminal.Thanks MattFortunately we found someone else who had a remnant and does it for half the price RDC quoted.

I recently started looking to have my dated kitchen countertops switched to granite. I had seen this company on Central Avenue and wanted to support a small local business but wasnt sure what they could offer. They had a great variety to choose from that didnt all look like the same granite that Lowes, Home Depot and other companies had to choose from in their stores. My salesperson, Robert, was very friendly and helpful when I was choosing what I wanted. After I received my quote I still went back to some other stores make sure I was getting a good price and Real Deal beat everyone elses quote by $10 sq foot and my granite is unique! The guys showed up, took out my old countertops and installed new ones in less than two hours. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend Real Deal Countertops and when we are ready to install new bathroom countertops we will definitely be calling them!

Well, install still in progress a week now, backsplash broke, now it doesnt match the countertop piece, cracked & chipped island piece, & put that pc on crooked, say they have to go by protocol? Still waiting to see what they do. We didnt brake, chip or crack the granite & they want to repair it, you cant. Will let you know.....

Stopped by the showroom today to look at some counter tops and was very dissatisfied. They dont have much of a selection and the sales person couldnt give me a price of anything from counter tops to backsplashes. Not to mention she assumed I was only looking for the cheapest atone they had without even asking my price range.Ill gladly take my business elsewhere and inform as many people on the way.

The price was good and the stone looks nice, but the install was substandard. The templater came out and said i had a wavy wall on one side and he was going to make notes to cut according to the template. Then the owner (Rafael) came out and redid one of the templates himself. I was assured that the gaps they left would all be less than a 1/4 inch and the backsplash would cover it (he kept pushing his granite backsplash on me that would cover more than a 1/2). Well after they installed it, they left half inch gaps between the tops and walls on about 5-6 linear feet of stone. I had a tile backsplash installed and now I have uneven caulk and grout lines that detract from my kitchen reno. The owner said the backsplash would cover it and it did to some extent, but in my opinion the work was sloppy. I had a home builder, an architect, and two tilers say that they thought the install was not good. Rafael tried to defend his companies work by telling me the walls were just too uneven. Well yes, the wall is wavy, you saw it was wavy and you made note of it. Any professional stone cutter/installer should see uneven walls every day and know how to accommodate. They offered me $100 off and I accepted it because i really didnt want the guy in my house anymore and it was clear to me that he wasnt going to offer me any real recourse outside of a court room. Rafael would not take any blame for a crap job. I do not recommend these guys to anyone.
