The worst ever purchased a used dump truck that they clean up and painted. To hide the hidden damage. After 8 times working the hidden damage came to light all I was offer after a bad Customer serviceFrom Steve mr. Alton my salesman boss. He would just pay for the labor. A cylinder that they wanted to repack cost 3500 with shipping and the one they found around the same place and they wont me to go to Columbia when I can get it fixed locally here. They wouldnt even offer to help with have the cost. So if you starting out my best bet would shop out of town and stay away from world wide in Charleston and elsewhere.
Please feel free to TRASH your $$$ with these folks on an estimate. Their labor rates are EXTREMELY high! For a job that they quoted me $2K I got another mechanic to quote me $600!!! Expensive lesson learned unfortunately!

Had my truck over a week they said it was fixed picked up my truck and broke down before leaving facility. They fixed again next day drove 20 mins same problems. Few weeks later check engine light back and they want to charge just to hookup after losing a week of running plus over 3 grand in repairs. More details if u care ask. F paccar worldwide and trucking. So tired of the way they abuse use.
DO NOT EVEN STOP HERE FOR THE ESTIAMTE, DRIVERS!!! The labor is extremely high. We left out truck for the estimate after refused to be repaired in that place. Came out with $459 bill for the estimate.
Came in late on Friday with some issues had them replace the carrier bearing, and 3 joints, later that day found the front differential to be shot. Ordered one and had it Monday morning. They stayed 3 hours late to finish the truck because I was in a hurry. The service manager is top notch and great to work with and to all the techs that worked on my truck great work. I’ll make it a point to point guys your way in the area and schedule down time for y’all to service my truck. Thanks again. Top notch service and cheaper than normal prices.
I have been here and what I have found is labor rate is high. Parts prices are more expensive can get the same part fron peterbilt or the trp store cheaper dang near every time. Service department is kind of a joke seems like the technicians they have are not what you would find at a dealership they seem like back yard mechanics. The gm is rude and i heard him talking to one of the female employees very rude Very sexist!!! I dont plan on stopping back. Peterbilt will have my business from here on out!!

Called to get service on a Kenworth truck, was told they don’t work on trucks with Detroit engines in them. Service Dept told me to call Freightliner because you have to have “special tools” to work on Detroit. I laughed and said no problem. I never had a kenworth dealer tell me they don’t work on their own make of trucks. Take your business elsewhere because the customer service sucks.

No parts in stock. Service was horrible. I can’t wait a week for typical service work. Downtime kills!!I couldn’t get a price on a new truck... the general manager said he doesn’t price them, ask one of his sales people. Really??I’m going to check with Peterbilt.
I am very pleased with the level of customer service provided by Tina. She kelp me informed on the truck status. She also found that the after service treatment was covered by warranty. I was like YEAH!
Friendly staff. Good equipment, quick rentals. Terrible parking lot/yard. Watch out for the mean old man from the other building.

Bad customer service, we wasted 5 days there just to find out they can not fix our truck, they lied to us about the delay, the reason we went there is because we thought they were a Volvo dealer and found out after facts they are not a volvo dealer, Ryan the foreman was rude and unprofessional, he hang up on me while I was trying to get some information about our truck, the front desk do not have a clue of what is going on, or what they are doing, they will lie to you just to get off the phone.Very unpleasant experience.Will never take our truck again
Very slow. Took a whole week to replace a broken exhaust pipe with the part in stock.
Hard to get a hold of any one by phone, purchased truck there and it has been a complete lemon

This place is a joke....they will tell you they will look at your truck tomorrow and tomorrow never comes....then they will tell you that they are looking at your truck....so you go down there and you truck is in the same spot on the lott....i have been paying for a hotel room for a week and still dont know whats wrong with my truck

The mechanics are thieves ... they wanted to charge me 4,300 dollars ... fooling each other by saying that the trucks computer was bad ... when in fact it was the positive cable that goes from the starter to the battery, the wrong place is at the hunt who to steal
