I own a small business drove all the way there for material at 11:30 am on a Tuesday. Doors were locked so I called gentlemen answered asked if I had an account I said no he said he cant help me till after 1 pm. So because I dont spend enough money with you I get turned away this is ridiculous. Ive Ben coming to Fastenal for 12 years at least but never again.

This particular location is small however the manager is definitely the main reason to bring your business here. He is genuine and a big help. Glad to bring my business here

I am finished trying to get anything through this company! Every time I try to get bolt or taps, I’m told we don’t have that size, or you have to buy 15,000 of them because that’s how they are packaged. Back to calling the fasten-some... place is horrible.

Charged me $8.76 to ship $2.37 worth of set screws that weight less than 3 oz. They even shipped from their distribution warehouse. Employee tried to get shipping waived but it didnt happen.Had thought at one time about setting up an account with Fastenal for my business since I use so many fasteners but this transaction made sure that will never happen. I could have ordered them online, shipped for cheaper, and saved a drive to the store.
