Kate Maes Klassy flea and Antique Mart has something for everyone. BHK Creations gives it five stars. Katie Maes have wonderful owners and very talented vendors. Must see store in Summerville SC.

Popped into this cute shop today and was greeted by a wonderful lady. This place has so many household decorations outdoor and indoors. This Summerville gem is a must go to.

Whenever I am in town, I try to get over to Katie Mae’s to look around at the incredible artwork. The owners are always so friendly and welcoming; they make sure to greet everyone as they walk in and say goodbye as they leave. I never feel overwhelmed with a pressure to buy anything, and any questions I have, they have answers to or know how to get them. They know each vendor and many of their customers by name, giving a sense of genuine community.

Don’t waste your time in here, customer service is poor, and you have to walk across the road to another institution to use the restroom, definitely not worth walking back to shop...In reference to your response, be it as you may with your comment, I was nothing but pleasant entering your store for the first time, why wouldn’t I be....? As far as you saying hi and greeting me to come in, well that didn’t happen, you were taking to someone else, I began to ponder and couldn’t continue to look as I had to use the restroom, in which you do have one because I have used it with the previous business that was in the location. You sad I could go across the street. So I simply stated “no that’s ok” “I won’t be back” I was not being rude just stated a fact. You are entitled to your opinion as am I. I don’t shop at places that you can’t use a restroom as it’s an inconvenience to leave and then come back. That’s as if you visit your uncle and ask to use the restroom and he said “no” “it’s just for me” you would feel the same way.Take care, best of luck.

Very clean, friendly staff, fun eclectic group of vendors selling new and old items, and a cute complimentary coffee station.

This is by far my favorite speciality shop in Summerville. They always have fresh coffee, candy and cookies to enjoy while shopping. I love their antiques and vintage items! I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
