Absolutely no one knew what they were doing or how to make and keep business relationships. Only thing they do well is pretending and talking up their skills. How this business has stayed afloat as long as they have baffles me. Other than the actual machining, no one has any training nor do they receive training. Customer service depends on how much business you give. Quality is extremely poor, and no amount of concern given is ever enough.

Fantastic locally owned business that will go above and beyond to accommodate their customers needs. I have worked for two companies that have done business with Benchmark, and I have seen them achieve some pretty crazy deadlines to help a company out when needed. Highly recommend!
