Stopped in this place for the first time on 6/5/21. The store carries a huge variety of items like candles, sage, incense, worry dolls, crystals, jewelry, books, etc. Its attached to the Gypsy Parlor Cuban cuisine place. Its very well done and organized.Only problem with this visit is that they were very slow at checkout. Im guessing they might have only recently opened, and most of the items are not yet on their system so they have to locate the items physically in the store to check the price of things you want to purchase. Employees are extremely nice and helpful though, especially Danielle. Im certain that once they get items in their inventory system, checkout process will go a lot smoother and faster, so Im not withholding a star for this first visit.It was definitely fun browsing around the store. I bought some candles. Will definitely be coming back for fun and novel gift ideas.

I LOVE this store!!!! 🤩 Ive loved it since the first time I saw it online, and since I first walked into it! What an amazing little store. Its hands down, the best kind of store, of this kind, in this town. Having just moved back from Colorado, where there are gem shows every year, (its just a totally different vibe in the Midwest 😃, and I truly miss it) I am so grateful to have this store here! It makes me feel like Im back in Colorado, every time Im there. Thank you to Chloe, and all the girls at the Botanica team for making this place especially unique, lovely, kind, and a wonderful place to be. 🔮💎✨

Such an awesome little shop!!! I was in there today and Erica and Brittany were so friendly and welcoming! They have such an amazing selection and some items Ive never seen before. The custom jewelry is gorgeous and I love that they have a loyalty program! I cant wait to see this shop really take off. The energy in there is so warm and inviting! I cant wait to go back.

I visited this store for the first time today. The store was very clean and organized. The pricing was fair and had a variety of items. My daughter and I both made purchases. The reason for a 4 star rating and not 5 is that I would have liked to have seen a larger selection of items such as oils, herbs, stones, etc. I was told by the young lady working that the owner will be expanding in the future. I would definitely shop here again.

Great place if youre looking for a little bit of everything. Staff is fantastic (all except one who is useless. If you walk in and a girl with round glasses is sitting behind the register...dont expect any help). Prices are definitely higher than all other competitors in the area but the store is very clean and well maintained (Kind of like Publix vs Walmart...you pay more for a clean store and friendly staff). Overall I really like the energy. Its upbeat and fun (especially if Brittany is working).

Really disappointed with the selection and the pricing. Much more expensive than competitors. Seems like a store that only deals in metaphysical supplies to be trendy rather than due to experience, knowledge and passion. I went to Canterbury emporium after this and found exactly what I needed for half the price as well as friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Went in here yesterday, truly looking forward to it because I’d seen ads on Instagram. But was honestly disappointed by the lack of knowledge the owner had of the products she’s carrying, as well as the vibes that she seemed too egotistical/competitive when it came to being “the best crystal shop in town”.Everything was beautiful, don’t get me wrong, but the prices were three times as much as I have spent at other shops.When it comes to lack of knowledge, I’d asked where her jade was from, because it wasn’t labeled (as jade should be since the different places generate different colorations and properties), but she said she didn’t know and tried to google it by taking a photo of it, and guessed where it might have been from.When I was checking out, she was too busy buying her own stuff that I had to wait for her to realize I was ready to check out. She did let me go first, but she shouldn’t have been trying to make a personal purchase while I was there anyways. I then handed her a flower agate heart, and she asked ME what it was. When I told her it was flower agate (because I knew by the looks, and it wasn’t labeled anywhere anyways), she said she thought it was rainbow agate. I am super disappointed by the experience, and most likely will not be coming back, and sticking to the shops I know I like and trust.Hope the employees can do more research before purchasing their own product next time and just do better at interacting with their customers overall in the future.
