I just recently purchased a mobile home from Mr. Jimmy. Everyone in the office is helpful and knowledgeable. Any questions I had were answered. I would definitely recommend going here if you are in the market. I couldnt be happier with my purchase and the service I received.

I am in the market for a new double wide so i went to look through the options and was greeted at the front steps by a larger gentlemen. When i asked to look around to see what i wanted i was asked when i planned on buying. I said within the next 1 to 2 years depending on what i chose to purchase and the amount it would be. I was told that they dont just open their homes to be looked at but i could come back when it was closer to time for me to buy. Then i got referred to Kings down the road because they deal with people like you better.

Very friendly people, very helpful and any thing you ask they can answer. They really try to help get you in something you can afford. Some places just try for a sale these guys really do a great job.

They make you feel like Family! GREAT DEALS! They are neither pushie, nor are they trying to get rich off you! They genuinely want to help you better yourself!

They wanted to pull a credit rating before they even let us look at anything. Said they were too busy. All they were busy with was sitting around on their asses. We went to Kings instead. Im not going to allow someone to trash my credit score just to look. If we saw a unit we wanted to buy, then fine. But not just to look at what they had available.

Our Cavalier home we had was good for the first 2 years. After that all of the ceilings, walls, and floors crack do to poor workmanship and craftsmanship. WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMEND THAT KIND OF HOME AGAIN. But if you do get one like that please be sure that the foundation is properly done. I sent them numerous amounts of e-mail messages never got a reply, but we had some minor problems when we first got there that they did not want to own up to. The price was good by I think we were sold a lemon.

I called on the phone and asked for a two bedroom with front porch if possible. I asked price and he said $85,000. You are kidding me. Ive been shopping around a little and told him thats ridiculous. I said I Saw one in Aiken brand new for around $65,000. He said then go to aiken then. What terrible customer service. I was only inquiring. Please reconsider if you want good customer service.

Beautiful mobile homes with fantastic floor plans. Staff are very friendly and willing to work with you to get you in a home.

Have many problems with our home since date of purchase. They have not helped us resolve the problems. They were good in the beginning but after sale was final they werent as nice in solving our problems.

Great deals and very helpful sales people.

Met me on the porch as I approached the office. Spent more time steering away to online options than trying to win my business. Wouldnt connect me realtors for land search.
