Terrible customer service, ordered wrong color sheet, I identified the error within 20 mins and contacted them to change it and they refused and said I would have to return it. Finally called them and they were able to have UPS return to sender and refund my money 5 days later, and despite the fact that they controlled that process refused to send me a new one. Going elsewhere.

This eyelet sheet set is extremely comfortable to sleep on. I have had them on the bed for three weeks, four washes. They are washed and dried individually. They come out a wrinkled mess as you see. Ironing is absolutely required! Tonight, I skipped the ironing. The creases on the top sheet are very difficult to remove even with extensive ironing. Im very disappointed. I feel for the price, these sheets should absolutely look as good as the feel and they dont! Next time, Ill try another brand for sure.

Love their sheets! Have slept on them for six years and wouldn’t go back. They’re incredibly comfortable and make a noticeable difference in my quality of sleep. They’re also very durable. I can’t recommend these enough!

Mediocre sheets, but superb customer response team.I just washed their regular sheets. The surface feels rough like a $90 percale. My hunch is these are not 100% cotton.Since the textile industry left the U.S., it has become impossible to find soft 100% cotton sheets. Even more outrageous, sheets are falsely labeled 100% cotton, when actually, they are percale, or are mixed with cellulose products.On a positive note, these sheets are thin, which gives an airy lightness, and theyre packed very nicely.They did refund quickly. They seem like a really nice company, and I hope they will offer a premium 100% cotton sheet.

Ordered a sheet set and throw blankets and immediately fell in love with the packaging. I LOVE the products, especially the throw blankets. They are so soft, comfortable and they really keep me cool at night ( I tend to overheat easily). ordering these products were super easy and efficient and customer service was outstanding! i highly recommend this company and their top of the line products.

Purchased these sheets a few months ago. Still waiting for them to get super soft as advertised. Just not happening. We were very anxious to give these a try. Not worth the price. My Liz Claiborne sheets are twice as soft making them much more comfortable. So I will stay with those. The one positive of Boll and Branch is they are longer top to bottom. Making is easier to shove under the mattress when making the bed. Still not enough for me to recommend or buy another set as I had hoped.

I purchased 6 fitted king size sheets (as well as flat sheet-set; and pillow cases). Within a few months of purchase each and every fitted sheet had some form of tear or rip in it. Customer service has yet to offer any type of assistance --I do not recommend a purchase.

Definitely for winter, dont use for summer if you dont like any heat around your skin during summer nights. I dislike warm temperature in my bad during hotter season and these sheets really generate heat on your skin. While the official website states that its good for summer, well... I havent been sleeping well after I used these since Im that sensitive to the heat in summer nights. Slept with these sheets for three nights and delete decided to change back to my old sheets. Hopefully I find these ones comfortable during winter.

I received Boll & Branch bedding and a beach towel as a gift and absolutely love them both! The bedding is the softest, most comfortable and cooling sheets I have ever owned. I make it a point to wash them every Sunday, as they have become my favorite. The packaging is beautiful so I would recommend them as gifts, and the quality is top notch. I will never own another brand again. The beach towel is also incredibly soft and absorbant and I look forward to it being my go-to towel for the rest of the summer. Highly recommend this company!

I have been hearing the ads for Boll and Branch and decided to see if they had sheets for a split king bed. I ordered my sheets and the packaging was very impressive. Other than that, the sheets are very unimpressive. They are VERY thin. The sheets for these beds MUST fit snugly so that they remain wrinkle free when using the ergonomic settings for these beds. These fitted sheets are much too large. I was very disappointed.

These are some of the best sheets Ive ever owned--ethically produced, as well as extremely soft and extraordinarily well made. I also appreciate the detailed instructions on care and upkeep that Boll & Branch provides. These are well worth the price, and I look forward to getting some more sets.

The sheets were soft to my touch but required ironing after each cleaning. For my purpose this was not practical.Also, on the website they advertise a 4.9 Google rating. But really it is 3.5. Pretty sketchy stuff.

I love local and small business which makes this extra hard but such a frustrating customer service experience. The sheets are decent but to do a simple exchange request took 4+ calls with me initiating each one and merchandise was still unavailable after being promised itd be available. Sadly this is why people shop big box stores- just so much easier.

I was excited to find firm down pillows. When I received them, however, they were strangely heavy for down. Their (legally required) labels disclosed that they were merely 37% down! Calls to customer service at Boll and Branch resulted in helplessness and arguments. Twice, my request to talk to someone in management was presumably granted, but the promised return call never happened. Neither did the return label that I was told would be mailed to me. False advertising and very poor customer service.

Just bought their flannel sheets and was thrilled with the softness and quality! Their generous size means more room and no more being left out in the cold :-). Will buy again and highly recommend.

Get your international shipping worked out...what a backwards horrible service they offer to Canada. Duties double what they estimate and then UPS only attempts delivery during normal peoples work hours. Then when you are not home....because gee, you have a job UPS sends the product back and you get doubly screwed because then they charge you shipping to return a product that I couldnt be home to receive...Great job.

I have been hearing about these products for sometime and when I recently went to the Short Hills Mall in NJ I was pleasantly surprised to see one of there stores. I have always wanted to try them but never did well I did and was I pleased. The sales person Nafisha was very knowledgeable and pointed out many thing I did not know about sheets. After sleeping on them I was even more pleased as they are very soft feel good. I happen to go back to the mall a couple of weeks later and I purchased another set of the sheets and picked up some hand towels. Everyone at this location was very helpful and made you feel right at home. After washing them they got even better, I would recommend them to anyone who is in the market for good quality sheets. I also like the fact that they are not using cheap labor to make them these folks are the real deal. Special thanks to Nafisha she knows her stuff and is very easy to work with.

Buyer beware. This company does not stand behind their product. Less than 2 1/2 years after buying their sheets, they developed holes. After pictures sent and emails back and forth, they finally offered 25% of another purchase. This discount is already available to the public. Ive never paid this much for sheets that dont last. Ive never had sheets get holes, regardless of how much I paid for them.

Purchased a set of king pillow cases before investing in the sheets. They come out of the dryer massively wrinkled. They are soft, but not as soft as my BB&B higher-priced sheets and cases. Not a fan.

This was the worst nightmare of shopping on line I have ever had. After weeks of not receiving my order I called, yet again, and, although they charged me they said that not receiving my order was a FedEx issue? Do you believe this? $45.00 a bath towel and they, over a span of DAYS, blamed FedEx for days!!I admit to ruining my boss’ towel so I was forced to replace like for like.I cancelled my order (they took time refunding me with NO interest) and told my boss I’d work for nothing for a day to make it up. Now, I’m working on her to NEVER get another thing from this place.

The first thing that impressed me was the beautiful packaging, it was like Christmas morning in June! These sheets were a gift, but I requested Boll & Branch because I heard about their softness as well as their fair trade practices which I appreciate.Although they are a bit pricier than other online options, when its something youre going to sleep in for years, I think its worth it. We try to buy organic as much as possible so that should extend to something you sleep in, right?The pewter color matches well with our current duvet spread, and I can see it going well with a lot of different styles. So far, some of the most comfortable sleep Ive had in years.

Ive bought four sets of sheets and have never experienced anything better than Boll and Branch. The quality is unsurpassed and they are the softest sheets in the world.I literally travel with them to hotels. If I can avoid it, I wont ever sleep on another sheet!

I am amazed to see thousands of reviews at 5 stars on their website....then on google maps they have a 3 star rating. These sheets are ok soft...they are not $250 soft at all. I have some $25 sheets that will give them a run for their money and they dont come out of the drier wrinkled at all like the boll and branch sheets do. Do a google search for 2100 thread count sheets and spend $30. I bought 2 sets and I did not return them because they advertise that the sheets get softer every time you wash them. I have now washed them 7 or so times...I cant tell if they are softer but I am out of time to return them and they still come out of the drier super wrinkled.

Just received my order and after feeling them was SO EXCITED, that is until I tried to put them on my Leesa Mattress. They are so huge, almost like a California King size. Called customer service and was told that they are made for a 14 deep pocket mattress, which most people that order our products have. She informed me that their website addresses this BUT I just went through the site and IT IS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND! Apparently peons like us that have purchased a newer mattress just cannot afford such luxury products. Insult to injury; was told to go onto their website and start an automated return but received this message 404 Not Found. Would not recommend unless you have a real mattress that is at least 14 deep.

Just received a down duvet insert. Ive loved Boll & Branchs towels but this down duvet is a disappointment. It makes a lot of noise! Sounds like crinkly tissue paper when handled. I called & they said it will subside over time with use. I have other down duvets that have never made noise + this one is for a guest room so its not going to resolve. I plan to return it.

B &B sends extra long pillows with most King sheet sets. They will not return them or exchange them. Really? Customer service is unhelpful. This is not a complicated problem, but they seem to have no desire to fix it.

They felt great at first but as time goes on they attract pet hair that just wont come off even with an extra rinsein the washer. My cheap sheets dont do this. Very disappointed to have spent so much money on these.

Meh... flabby. For the price I expected much better quality and substance. While they are soft they are also quite light and I find it difficult to see how they stand up. Cant make a crisp bed.

I washed them before making our bed, according to the instructions that came with the product. They come out of the dryer a wrinkled mess. Im not fond of ironing sheets (or anything else) but looks like that will be the case with these sheets. I ordered the pleated style, but the pleats are so wrinkled and the edges are so rolled after washing/drying that they certainly wont look very nice on our bed in their current condition. They look like they have already been slept on. Definitely not recommended for a guest room. And, yes, I took them out of the dryer as soon as they were dry rather than leaving them in there for wrinkles to set in. I havent even put them on our bed yet, but Im sure I wont be buying more of these sheets. Very disappointing.

Not sustainable if they don’t last. Pillowcases have rips in them after light use (every 4-6 weeks) for a little over a year. Customer service will not acknowledge quality problem. For the money and claim of luxury, spend your money elsewhere.

The website promises a $25 first time buyer discount. After they have collected all your personal info, you discover your purchase does not qualify - an $80 pillow! Glad they convinced me not to buy it. Other things about the website dont work either. Now I am stuck with a lifetime of spam email from these people.

My husband was given one of these following surgery for a broken ankle. He didnt get to use it much because I stole it! (I did get another one for him.) Its become our standard baby gift, and to rave reviews.

Will not be doing business with Boll and Branch in the future. Rude staff, and was told that they have no exchange policy, even if the sheets have never been out of the original packaging. Too bad Im not able to give this company zero stars.

BEWARE CANADIANS !!!! For sheets costing $300 US, I was charged $147 duty !!! And this company does not accept returns from Canada .... on their website a $45 duty fee is clearly indicated .... VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS FEE 👎👎👎
