I am very happy with my new mattress. I could just manage to get it onto my bed frame and unwrap it by myself. It expanded to the full thickness as promised. This is better quality than other mattresses that Ive had so far, the firmness is just right for me and I am a back sleeper. You get what you pay for and this was worth the price.

Got a new twin mattress for my son. His back was hurting from his old mattress and wasnt getting a proper nights rest. Hes so happy with the new mattress, hes sleeping through the entire night now, not waking up in pain. Even his attitude has improved getting a good nights sleep. So from my family to the family at Sound Sleep Products thanks for making such a great product. My son cant wait to go to bed now.

As mentioned below, the absolute WORST customer service you could ever come across. The bed was okay for a few months and has since come apart in multiple places. I thought our warranty would be a breeze and the would be helpful, but we were ignored and denied after three emails asking what the deal was. DO NOT BUY SOUND SLEEP!

Not an ethical company and they do not honor their warranty! They sold me an illegal mattress that does not meet the federal regulation for flammability.*Update: they sent me a new mattress which meets the requirement.

Dont buy a sleep sound mattress or buy them period. They dont back their warranties and they dont care about the customer. They look and find any reason to not honor a warranty claim. They use the wording in the warranty to fit getting out of honoring a warranty. When they say staining they supposedly mean anywhere and not just limited to body fluids.

Absolutely love working with there guys! Will NOT fulfill their warranty. I bought my mattresses and within 6 months they started to breakdown! 2 years later I have tried everything to get replacements. My children are having sleeping/back issues now. I have to ask a family member help me find new ones somewhere else! NOT AN ETHICAL COMPANY! Never have I had to write such a review. If I could say a negative star I would. Dont waste your money. The employees might be great but the product is not.

Loved the new factory. We really enjoyed our time checking out all of the fun new products.

Followed the warranty directions; no phone call and no email back. When I called a couple weeks ago, they said they process warranties on Wed-Fri so I tried calling today - NONE OF THE PHONE NUMBERS WORK, they are all disconnected.

Very helpful company on point got the product to my truck assisted loading and all the paperwork and everything was in correct the very good people

Its a job, I make matttress and believe they are high quality but dont know how the warranty works but it was not one of our higher end ones
