Was going to use this company, but am so grateful for the internet and their reviews. Maybe if the business took their customers seriously and did the job they promised correctly, they’d have new customers! Thank you to those who write reviews about their experiences, if the company wrote back that they cared, I’d consider using them. Thanks for saving me time and money everyone!

I do not recommend. Wouldn’t even give a 1 star. Very poor customer service. Months ago was told Richard would be out to fix a carpet that was installed poorly in a brand new house. After a “no call, no show” I attempted to reach out again, multiple times. No answer, no return calls.

I had flooring done a year ago and have tried several times calling and going by both stores and was given the run around... very unprofessional he does notreturn calls or will not come out and correct the problem. A year time flooring shouldnt be coming up if it was installed correctly.

The attitude of the person that came out was unnecessary! I called the day before and asked if they could send someone out to looks at my floors to give me an estimate for installation. I explained to them that I have the equipment at another location that I just need an estimate on how much it would be to install. I asked if I needed to have the items present for this estimate and I was advised that that was not necessary and that someone would be out the following day. When the male did arrive he seems not to hear me answering his questions for he kept asking me the same question over and over. he kept asking for the materials and I explained to him that the employee that I spoke to on the phone knew that I did not have the materials present and said they could still come out and give me an estimate. He did not seem to be happy with that and had an attitude from the time I opened the door. I dont believe anyone should be so rude to have an attitude especially when your coworker said it would be ok for you to come out. The male came off very dismissive and if Im planning on spending thousands of dollars with you at the very least you can do is not catch an attitude when I ask for an estimate! I will not be going with this company just based off of that encounter! I felt very disrespected in my own home! I do not care if I have to pay another company twice the price to get floors I definitely will not be working with floors by design again

Terrible Service Directly From the Business Owner.I stopped by the store to follow up an earlier phone call about some vinyl flooring. There was one person working in the store helping a couple. I was told he would be with me shortly. I later found this man to be the owner after listening to 25 minutes of conversation between the couple and him. I asked if I could leave my contact information, and he told me where to leave it. Needless to say I was never contacted. Total waste of 30 minutes of my time. My advice go elsewhere for your flooring needs in Sumter.
