My time terminating my services were the best after I waited 10 minutes with only 1 other customer in the store and the other service reps just sitting there entertaining each other. First, I would have never chosen FTC. Way TOO Expensive. I was forced to get them by living in The Retreat at Sumter which is another story in itself. My service when out a few times over a 2 year 3 month period with only apologies but never a price adjustment. I was told that in order to do so would have to go to a supervisor which they were not willing to give. They only stated they have, I want to say 48 hrs to repair without providing an adjustment. What a rid off.I do not recommend. Use a large well known company with more packages to chose from and still provide the desired channels.

Unreliable and spotty internet service. No after-hours technicians or maintenance will be done to fix issues. If you need the internet outside the hours of 9AM - 6PM, beware

The people at farmers are always very nice that is where I have a service with my phone and cable. Me and my wife have always liked Farmers

Friendly and quick service...they offer a lot of different services...cable..cellphone..internet..home security and others...they are also a coop...cant comment yet on quality of service. ..waiting on the installation but customer service was good and their building was very clean and professional

I tried to get a iphone 11. Decided not to after I heard them laughing in the next room about me, (clearly about me bc they were talking about me working at Walgreens and being a teenager)

I go to pay my bill everyone is very kind and helpful I live in the country so my signal for internet can be Good at times and not so good at times I just have internet the cell phone servace costs way too much for me I have the medium speed internet with a Signail booster. I pay I think too much but you have to have internet anymore these days over all The servace by employees is very exalent 24 hour repair line

The folks at FTC are very friendly and helpful. The facility is roomy and customer service areas are comfortable.

I recently had an internet issue at my store that turned out to not even be Farmers fault, however, the service I received from Tab Beasley was absolutely the best service I have ever received. He stood with me through hours of trouble shooting to get my business back up and running after a power outage. He is extremely talented, but his effort was above and beyond and I can not be more grateful.

We had FTC at our previous address for years. We moved closer to Shaw AFB. It has been three weeks and no one returned out call today about the status of establishing new services. We called FTC and cancelled the order. They sent a contractor out and he marked the line for running the cable line from the box to the house. I guess it was too much work to install the new service so we have been left without internet, VOIP, etc for three weeks. Smh

It’s been a week since I’ve paid them to start their services and no one has called me back yet about coming out to install cable and internet. If they aren’t even going to contact me back after a week then I can’t imagine how the rest of their service is.
