Sold a costume that was messed up. Tried it on my daughter and saw the mistake that was made obviously by them when making it, tried to EXCHANGE it and they wouldn’t let me. They are not picking up the phone for me to speak with a higher up. It’s 12:51 we are supposed to be in Columbia SC @ 1:00pm. Now I have to see if I can get a refund on tickets. Thanks Spirit Halloween for the HUGE INCONVENIENCE. Wasted $40.00 Never shopping here again 👎🏽

Bought Rick sanchez costume for $35 which was supposed to include lab coat, wig, and unibrow... only had lab coat.

They cool if you like Halloween stuff, wish they had more Christmas sweaters though.

A little to big of a building but its AMAZING!!right when u walk into the store you walk into a interactive SPOOOOOOKIEEEEE display. was pretty cool

Really cool Halloween store, love the animatronics. Recommend for people of all ages for costumes and before Halloween fun.

Had just what I wanterd and good customer service.Love the fact they have a fitting room and will let you try the costume on before you by it.

I went there at 10:00PM today (Saturday) and I read the hours on here that they close at 11:00PM so I thought ok, I drove there and I tried to open the doors but they were closed. I read the door and all the hours were different. So what Im saying is that the hours are wrong on this website.
