Micheal was so helpful and patient with me. I would go back in a heartbeat if I lived near by because I know he was actually looking out for me..I had no idea what I was doing!

The whole crew was super nice and helpful, and above all patient loading my tool box into a trailer that was much to small (my fault). They helped me for about a hour in the rain all while switching out to help customers inside. These guys deserve a raise! I believe their names were Shannel, Mike, and Chantel. Hope I didnt butcher your names guys. Any company with employees like this is bound to succeed.

Nice, clean store and friendly staff! It showed online that something I wanted was on clearance and in stock at my local HF. I live about 30 min away from there. I wasted my time and gas cause when i couldnt find it in the store i pulled it up on my phone and asked an associate about it and he actually laughed and said if their site shows they have something on clearance in store then that means they no longer sell the item. That would have been helpful to know BEFORE i wasted time and money going there.Other than that, it was a pleasant experience

After the end of the mask mandate, the employees still tried to enforce their own mandate. To buy anything we had to lean over old stained cardboard boxes that were crushed and taped to the floor with duct tape.

Usually I love this place but the customer service took a turn for the worse. Today I came in for a couple items and went to check out. Myself along with about 15 others all formed a single file line to wait on the only cashier open who was dealing with a return or something that was holding up check out. The manager called over a 2nd cashier and the man in front of me went over. I was finally next in line. When he was finished I took my step to the register and was told I cut the line by the cashier and some other person who was directly behind me previously was next. I was told by that person to go ahead and check out but I stepped back in anger. I was so mad at this point from the cashier belittling me for anothers unfair actions. I waited for him to check out and sure enough, someone else decided to walk up out of nowhere but he let me go next. I tried to explain the line was all the way to the back and multiple lines didnt exist but I got no response.The cashier embarrassed me, handling the flow of customers improperly and the situation. I might be overreacting but Im so tired of subpar customer service and others trying to take advantage of others while nobody values integrity, values or morals nowadays. Not to mention being wronged in front of multiple people when I was in the right, your cashier completely chastised me in front of a group of my peers. Not only is this poor customer service but poor representation of HFT to not address the flow of customers in the store. Stay 6ft apart makes it difficult to rationalize the manner in which they form checkout lines.

The staff is very helpful, my husband was with me he doesnt get out much hes in hospice home care. That was a BIG BIG PLUS with me how patient they were with him. They answered his questions, mine also. But overall I really enjoy going there.

I was in a tight jam getting some carpet installation supplies & this gentleman named Troy pulled the carpet knife & blades & had it at the counter a few minutes past closing... AND HE STILL RANG ME UP! Outrageously Positive Customer Service! They are my first stop for anything involving hardware in the Manning & Sumter areas! SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Have most of what I needed

Their flyers with free item are great as you dont have to buy any thing. My last free item was a 40 by 50 moving blanket that I am planning to put in my dog house to help with these cold days we are experiencing. If you are an avid tool buyer you may want to buy into their Discount Club. I was a member last year for $30.

This hardware store is always well stocked and very clean/tidy. The workers can be a bit down sometimes but I believe that is just because not many people go here. The lot is quite small and the road is quite dingy but if you can get past that then its a great place to go and with great deals all the time.

This is the one tool store that i never mind my husband visiting. The tools are reasonable for the work he needs to do these days since hes no longer in the work force. I dont even mind going in the store with him since sometimes I find things I can use as well.

Typical hardware store with reasonable prices. Typically able to find what i need for what the expected price is. This store does seem a bit aged, but still worth a trip for comparable prices.

Lots of good stuff like tools and supplies, home repair items, some automotive supplies, some hunting supplies, camping supplies etc.They offer an (ITC) Inside Track Club membership which can save you a ton of $$$ if you need to make these kinds of purchases regularly.My boys like to go there just to look around and maybe pick up a new knife or something.The staff has always been helpful and friendly and the restrooms have been very clean every time weve used them.

I went in to buy a auger they had on sale. But I forgot my coupon book. The first sales person basically told me to bad cant help you. But the agent heard what he said and told me to come to his register and he could do it for me. He was awesome all he really needed was my phone number. The visit didnt start out good but he made it great

Im addicted to this store and the staff is great. My 14 month old had just fell asleep and I didnt want to wake him up to take him inside, so I called the store and asked the guy if he could help me and he brought what I needed to my truck and I paid for it and it made my day because my baby was fighting a bad so bad that I wasnt even going to stop because I didnt want to wake him.
